Jan 14,2022Website needs to clearly state without VAT, when linking from an email as I did no mention comes of you will be billed VAT by DHL. Cost of wheel has turned out now to be £225 more expensive than buying direct from Fanatec after import duties demanded by DHL. I note that when you go to the homepage the message appears, it does not at any stage of purchase using links within emails from the company. Will be buying direct from Fanatec in the future. TOO expensive here.

I ordered quite a few bits off them over the last 2 months or so in building a sim rig and overall very happy with service, super quick delivery and all items arrived in perfect condition. Was notified when items were in stock and they all got sent immediately. I live in Northern Ireland so was bit worried about getting heavy stuff sent from RoI but everything was a breeze, no unexpected charges etc. In particular it's so great to have a Fanatec supplier outside of Germany, as I've had difficulty dealing with them in the past with delivery. Will 100% be buying from these guys again!

They ship super fast, unlike a lot of other vendors that take days to send your order out. And for us international customers, I love the fact that they use DHL, a shipping company that actually exceeds your expectations, unlike the pitifully unreliable service that has become the norm for UPS and Fedex. I will always be happy to order sim racing gear from these folks!
