Dec 07,2021Was difficult to get credit card through purchase program. Had to make multiple tries to the point my credit card company said to empty cart and try again. Unfortunately I lost one item in my cart and reached out to the store to have them add it back in. They said they would and didn’t. When I reached back out to them they said hey tough luck better luck next time as it was over thanksgivings weekend. Would have been nice had they helped me out a little more or offered a better way to ship it instead of paying same amount as it cost to ship the wheel.

Dec 07,2021Sent an email regarding the wrong plug outlet getting sent to me. (was sent EU plus, need US plug. for the simucube 2 pro i ordered. Super happy with how quick delivery was and packaging was great! Unfortunately i sent that email a while back with no response. Had to buy a 3rd party plug which is why i have to put 3 stars

I received my items in 2 business days from Europe to the U.S., I was impressed! Additionally, they have some assembly diy videos on youtube that I have found useful. I would absolutely do business with them again and would recommend them for sim racing equipment.
