My only complaint was probably my fault mostly but the picture of the part I ordered shows it comes with a quick release, but it doesn't and I didn't read the small print that said this and was not prompted to add to cart during checkout. Overall very prompt and responsive company to work with, I would definitely recommend and order from them again!

Oct 21,2021I made a, big for me, purchase of just under €700 from digital-motorsports.com at the end of October 2021. The digital-motorsports.com webshop would not accept my eircode (Irish postcode) and would not let me place an order. I overlooked this warning bell and rang digital-motorsports.com to place my order. I had to accept an offer of a call back in 30 mins as the person answering the Customer Support line was busy with an in-person customer. After an hour and 15 mins I was called back. Inventory was checked, order was placed, payment was taken. €35 delivery charge for DHL Express delivery to Donegal. The order missed the cut off for delivery on Monday so delivery was set for Tuesday. Tuesday came and only 2 of the 3 ordered components arrived. DHL Express driver said it would be delivered to me on the next day, Wednesday. I rang digital-motorsports.com to let them know and to ask them to look into this. The digital-motorsports.com Customer Service person told me they would sort it. All contact with digital-motorsports.com was with the same, very pleasant English person. Wednesday came and no text or update from DHL Express to say a delivery has been scheduled so I contact ed digital-motorsports.com and asked for help. Thursday came. No text or update from DHL express to say a delivery was scheduled - same as Wednesday I rang digital-motorsports.com at 09:07 to ask for help - no answer - no call back. I rang digital-motorsports.com again at 11:51 - to ask for help - no answer - no call back. digital-motorsports.com left me to deal with DHL Express myself. If digital-motorsports.com had a DPD delivery option I would have chosen DPD over DHL Express and would likely be writing a glowing review right now. It is my experience that on this occasion when something went wrong with the delivery partner, DHL Express, the digital-motorsports.com Customer Service was substandard. It is clear from the reviews on Trustpilot that my experience is not exceptional. Thank you digital-motorsports.com for having the Trustpilot system.
