Oct 01,2021My fanatec wheel turned out to be faulty. I’ve raised the complaint through e-mail nearly 2 wks ago. The first contact was ok, but now I have to ask for updates. May be fanatec but I bought it from you guys. Disappointing.

Sep 30,2021I hadn't heard of Digital Motorsports so I had to do some research, but these guys were great. I was able to get the Sim wheel I had wanted, even though it was out of stock everywhere else and not being produced anymore! These guys were great. I would have been so upset if I never got a chance to have this wheel before it goes away for good. I live in the US and it got to me in like 3 days, too. THANKS DM!!!!

Sep 28,2021I have now purchased from Digital Motorsports on several occasions, both Fanatec equipment and now Simucube. Whether is was a Porsche 918 RSR Fanatec steering wheel (not in stock at Fanatec) or a heavy Simucube wheelbase, DM manages to (using worldwide DHL) get packages from Ireland to my home in Az in as little as 3 working days! No even Fanatec with a warehouse in CA can ship to me that fast. And then there is support. I had a question about mounting my Simucube and I got a personal phone call to discuss it! Yes shipping is a bit expensive if shipping heavy items but the speed of shipping, availability of hardware and support of that hardware makes up the difference. I would buy everything 'sim' from DM if I could.

Sep 21,2021This is my second time purchasing from Digital Motorsports and yet again, I'm super impressed! I purchased a Cube Controls wheel that was out of stock on most other sites or the shipping rates were super high. But DM had it for a great price and the shipping was a bargain too. It also shocked me at his quickly it arrived. I live in the US and the wheel arrived 4 days after I ordered it and it came from all the way across the pond. I'm more than happy to keep purchasing my sim gear from Digital Motorsports!

They even sent the correct item using their next day delivery service, completely free of any charges, with no request for the original item back first. I can't say enough positive things regarding my experience with them, and it's definitely somewhere I'd shop again.
