Oct 09,2024I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I paid £20,700 in advance rent and a £2,653 deposit for an apartment. The agent later claimed they hadn’t received the full amount, leaving me without keys and homeless for three months. I later discovered that the property was rented to another group, who moved in. Despite numerous requests for a refund, I’ve been given various excuses regarding their bank accounts being under review. It’s been over a year, and I have yet to receive my money back. I’m now seeking legal advice to pursue court action against the agency to recover my funds.
