Feb 27,2023I told Duane our requirements for flat and he helped us found this wonderful flat with a good price. He’s been responsive and patient on WhatsApp, and solved most of our requests by far. But no one is perfect, we have to be honest that something moved very slowly such as handing us the keys, transferring money to landlords and some other small issues. Maybe this is not the problem of one agent, but reflects the slow working process of this company. We do hope things can be solved sooner in future and again, thanks for Duane’s help.
