Oct 11,2023To be honest, I can't understand why this company is rated so highly. I contacted D (D refers to the first capital letter of the agent who contacted me) from the agency 'D.I.J Real Estate' through the London property desk website on June 1, 2022. And on August 18, 2022, Ā£29,724 was transferred to their company account. My flight ticket and check-in time were both on September 17, 2022, but D informed me two days before my departure that the landlord had not signed, causing me to be unable to check in. During the 12 days when I arrived in London and was unable to check in (September 29, 2022), I kept swiping my credit card and they did not provide me with any help. During this period, I was looking for a house while going to school, which can be regarded as a very painful memory for me. Finally, I found a new house through my own efforts and asked D to refund my one year's rent. From here on it will be a long road of debt collection. Dwill find various excuses to default on my rent payment. Because I used an international remittance to transfer the money, D said that it had to be returned the same way due to anti-money laundering. So after a long 20-day wait, I got the refund receipt from HSBC, but I asked my domestic When the family went to the bank to check the refund, they couldn't find it at all. From November 16th to 24th, 2022, two refunds were transferred to my British card, totaling Ā£9105.13. After that, they never transferred money to me again for a long time. So I found a lawyer in London for help. It took a long time. It wasnāt until August 21, 2023, that I got the courtās judgment. D slowly started to transfer three refunds to me, totaling Ā£7,000. D also assured my lawyer that the remaining funds would be transferred to my lawyer's firm last week, but my lawyerās firm did not receive any refund. My lawyer and I will also take stronger measures to get my money back.

Oct 05,2023When I was just signing the lease agreement, I thought this was a very patient and responsible team. However, everything changed after I moved into the house. The services promised by the team members before were not fulfilled, and when there were issues with the house that required communication with the team members, they started pushing responsibility and eventually refused to address the concerns. The post-purchase experience of the VIP service I ordered was extremely poor, and the cost-effectiveness was not satisfactory.
