It’s the second time I chosen DIJ Real Estate and there is no doubt that Duane helped me find the house that perfectly matches my preferences again! The rental market in London this year is fraught especially for international students, however Duane helped me find the house, submit the offer and accepted by landlord all within one day!!! The rental market in London is fraught with challenges and I am so grateful for the help I’ve received, as well as the gorgeous apartment I’ve ended up in. The main points I’d like to call out are: - incredibly responsive, answering my questions outside business hours and on the public holiday. You will not be uncertain or unclear about the status of your move if you’re working with DIJ - upfront and honest: there were a few (very minor, a door handle to be reattached and the like) fixes needed to the apartment I moved into, and Duane showed me immediately as soon as I walked in for my inspection, well before I’d had the chance to even notice for myself - flexible and accommodating I felt so safe and confident while undergoing this renting process, and I’m so grateful for Duane’s calm demeanor in making a very big move less stressful.

Apr 27,2022I had the pleasure of coming across Duane whilst looking to relocate to Canary Wharf. I trusted another agency and made my way to London to be informed the Landlord has not signed the Contract - Duane kindly allowed me to be one of his relocation customers and I couldn’t ask for more from him. He is responsive even out of hours and very re-assuring . Within a set time frame he found me a superb flat in Canary Wharf which had all of the items on my wish list . He is professional, honest and reliable. The whole experience was very stressful however Duane made it possible and he found me a flat at ease. Highly recommend and will definitely use his services again . Thank you Duane I owe you.
