So I am really grateful for all the help,and would definitely have no problem recommending him to my friends

I was thinking of investing in Gold but thought It would be a frightening experience. After talking to Gerry O'Brien for what seemed like forever (sorry Gerry I had a lot of questions) he explained the in and outs of how the gold is safely stored until such a time I decided to sell. I found my experience with Direct Bullion is worth the 5 Star rating, keep up the good work Gerry. At the time of writing this review my pot is up 7.5%, prices can go down as well as up but I will always have my own pot of GOLD.

Aug 21,2023I paid for Charles 111 Crowned gold coins. Very good at promises but not with deliveries. Been waiting since 20 July for my order. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Do not answer phone calls or emails. Now asking bank to intervene and reporting them to the police.

Aug 21,2023Communication is poor after payment received, this company could not give a delivery date, repeatedly failed to call back after promises to do so, and when pressed for a delivery date, they could only respond blaming me for not being patient. They received payment from me nine days ago and I still cannot get a delivery date. Good news the goods arrived on the 6th September nearly one month after I paid. Just glad it's over

Jun 12,2023As a new purchaser of gold bullion, I naturally had a lot of questions. I wanted to take control of my own pension pot so recently purchased some gold to invest into my SIPP. The staff at Direct Bullion couldn't have been more helpful. They have a no nonsense approach and I appreciated not being given the "hard sell". Having monitored the value of the gold for 6 months, the gold I purchased has outperformed my actual workplace pension scheme. I will definitely be using this company again to invest more into my SIPP.

My Account Manager Chris contacted the Buybacks Team and quickly provided a price that we were happy with, a profit of £650 per coin. It only took a few days to send coins and receive payment directly to my account. Great service.
