If you decide to follow the supplement, mineral, vitamin recommendations, be sure to search out reputable companies with no fillers in their products. Oct 04,2019Very professional, complete results, eager to help fulfill your objectives. Would recommend to send, after the meeting to talk about the results, an update on what was recommended. The recipes recommended are fantastic, only thing is that they are not quite ideal for people who dont have enough time to cook elaborated menus. A list of ideal foods so as to create your own easier versions of the recipes. The results available to print could have less coloured backgrounds, very colourful to look at, but at the time to print them it's a waste of ink.

The app is pretty easy to navigate but the complementary 30 minute consultations made the information even more useful. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Looking forward to the follow up calls in 6 weeks time.

Sep 27,2019After quite a bit of research into the various DNA tests available, I decided on DNAFit. One reason was due to the amount of genes tested, and also the value for money. The test arrived quickly, with clear instructions. When I got the results, I was pleasantly surprised with the sheer volume of information about my results. Having said that, I do feel that some of it needed to be explained in a less scientific way so it would be easier to understand. The complimentary consultation with either a diet or fitness coach was easy to book, and I was really happy that I only had to wait a day before the call. My coach was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in a straightforward and clear way. If you’re looking to understand more about your diet, fitness or health in general, I would highly recommend DNAFit

Sep 27,2019The process was easy to do the swab and send the sample back. I think initial instructions were not clear that I needed to capture the kit code when registering and activating my kit. The results were easy to read and understand, limited use of jargon but with useful insights. The complimentary consultation added lots of value also!
