Aug 16,2019I was interested in understanding my dna in order to lose weight and stay healthy. I think everyone is different so we all need help to know what sort of diet to follow and what to avoid to stay healthy. DNAFIT was really helpful and the kit arrived very promptly. The samples were easy to send off. I was very impressed by the diet advice from my personal counselling appointment. I haven’t had a chance to take up my offer of fitness advice but I will be doing this soon.

Aug 16,2019So worth it. Ordered Kits for my wife an I. Prior to ordering I was so confused about which supplements to start taking and how to structure workouts. Now I know what my body needs based on scientific data. It's great. We thought for so long that my wife was lactose intolerant due to her stomach pains after eating certain foods. Come to find out -via DNAFit- she's not lactose intolerant, but is more negatively impacted by gluten than I am. She's removed gluten from her diet and...no more stomach issues for over 2 months!! Thank you!

Aug 15,2019Very underwhelmed by the results, no actionable items, sadly very disappointing. The results are designed well, with great marketing but that’s about it. All the results are basically obvious, it doesn’t take a £150 test to work out that a Mediterranean diet is good for you. Don’t fall for the clever marketing as I did.

Aug 15,2019Going through the process of buying the kit, receiving it and then the time to getting the actual results is a couple of weeks so I think that is good service but then I have nothing to compare against. The reviews I had were informative and useful but I was expecting more to be honest. I was expecting support with foods that I can eat, things that are not good for me and subsequently menu ideas to assist in what by body can take. With the sports stuff then it would appear I am doing the right exercise just need to tweak with shorter reps with weights so was pleased with that. Like I say lovely people and a great service I was just expecting a little more.

Aug 14,2019Test was easy. Had to wait a week or so for results. A lot of information contained within results. Spoke with a dietitian and now moving towards a healthier lifestyle suited to my results. Overall glad I did it.

Aug 14,2019Really impressed with this service. The information was presented really well and very comprehensive for what I wanted. The consultations with the nutritionist and the fitness person were also very helpful to get even more out of the information that I received. I am a relatively health conscious and fitness aware person, so I was genuinely surprised the value that the consultations added. I am now looking to get one for my wife.

Aug 14,2019Having been registered with DNA fit for a couple of months, I can say that the information provided from using my unique genetic profile is really in depth and interesting. The consultation with a nutritionist following this also really helped bring this to life and enabled me to make the little changes to my diet according to what works best for me specifically. I am yet to use the food planner, but I imagine this will be a great next step in making those changes to my diet going forwards. The only issues I have experienced with DNAfit are when trying to access it on any other web browser than google chrome. Also, it would be great if you were able to access the portal & information through an app.

Aug 14,2019Very easy to use and the results are easy to understand. I quite liked their app as it makes the report really handy. The consultants are very nice, friendly and easy to understand as well. Overall I am very happy with this product and the service! Hope it will have a positive impact on my health when I start using the recommendations regularly.

Aug 14,2019Some really interesting results. Good feedback sessions brings them to life. The process is easy although I had to do the tests twice as the results got deleted and couldn't be recovered.

Aug 14,2019Found the whole experience worthwhile. It’s interesting to have fitness and diet recommendations based on one’s on DNA profile. I’ll be making a few changes based on the subsequent recommendations. The package also comes included with a 30 min telephone conversation with both a dietician and a fitness trainer both of which have proved useful in interpreting the data.

Aug 14,2019The test confirmed some of the food choices I have made over the years plus gave me a greater insight into what extra food groups to include which to avoid. I feel the test was a true reflection of how my body works. The one on one phone call was really good they gave me lots of time and answered lots of questions. All the topics covered were then promptly emailed to me to use.

Aug 16,2019Extremely helpful and informative. Called when they said they would, came back when there were phone issues. The consultation was very interesting, opening my eyes to new ideas. The consultant was friendly helpful and direct and didn't waste anytime on the 30 minute session. I look forward to gaining more information to achieve my fitness goals. So far all my experience with DNAfit has been very positive. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to understand there bodies better whether it be for general health or individual fitness goals.
