Apr 25,2025Had an excellent service with Doffay Car Rental. Prior to our arrival we missed our connecting flight and I emailed Doffay to hold my reservation and they did until arrive the next day. Upon arrival we were greeted by Munish a lovely and humble gentleman. It was very easy getting the car and he was very helpful explaining everything as it was our first time in Seychelles. When we were departing he waited to collect the car from us because it was at night. We were running late and waited there in the parking lot. Munish is an asset to the company very helpful, kind and pleasant. I highly recommend Doffay Car rental. Thank you Munish we appreciate your help.

Apr 19,2025All happy when they handover the car, but the tone changes during the return even though we were the one who called out a minor scratch at the bottom of the car which they didn't notice during inspection. Charged us heftt amout on the scratch, which happened primarily due to miscommunication for the drop point. Would not recommend.

Apr 11,2025Extremely efficient service, good rates and well maintained cars. Picked up the car at airport, dropped off at ferry and again picked up at ferry. Doffay's staff were present before time at all these points. Would highly recommend Doffay in Seychelles.

Apr 04,2025I really do not understand how this company deserves 5*. Used them 2 times during our vacation (on Mahe). Terrible experience. Probably one of the worst we have ever had. The first time they outsourced our booking to an outside contractor who brought us a dirty car with a not full tank (also car was not the same category we reserved). Then they tried to charge us more than we agreed. The second time it was Doffay car and service. Their service was even worse than the outside contractor. They tried to blame us for the damage to the car that happened before us. Luckily my wife took a video of the car when we picked it up. We even had to prove the time the video was created. Bottom of the bottoms. Be careful with this company. In Seychelles you have better options, with better prices and quality of service. Luckily we have booked other company on Praslin.

Apr 04,2025Doffay is one of the top car rental companies on the islands of Mahé and Praslin. The cars make a reasonable impression and are not worn out. Existing defects are logged and are addressed when the car is handed over. Raj and Durai handed us the cars. Both were very professional, friendly and helpful. You get their phone numbers if you need support. We had the Toyota Urban Cruiser on Mahé and the Suzuki Brezza on Praslin. I can recommend Doffay and will book there again.

Apr 02,2025Rundum exzellenter Service! Wir wurden bereits bei unserer Ankunft am Flughafen erwartet, und die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und schnell. Die Rückgabe verlief ebenso. Die Autos waren in gutem Zustand. Unser Mitarbeiter war Munis, der wirklich erstklassige Arbeit geleistet hat! Vielen Dank, Munis! Bei Fragen war er jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Endlich mal wieder eine gute Erfahrung mit einer Autovermietung. Ich kann Doffay Car Rental und Munis uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Mar 29,2025Great service from Doffay Car Rental - they delivered the car to the cruise terminal for our arrival in Mahe, and then collected it from the airport for our departure. They were waiting for our arrival both times and were polite and helpful.

Mar 28,2025The Doffay representative, Munis was very efficient, very polite and very helpful is arranging the paperwork, picking up the vehicle and bringing it to us and giving us directions to find our hotel. Car hire was one of the cheapest I found, but the car was in very good condition and a joy to drive.

We relied on the company both on Mahé and Praslin Island. The cars were always in excellent condition. We thank Munis, Raj, and Peter for the excellent service. Highly recommended!
Unblocked and feeling better
Apr 30,2025Good communications with Karthi. He was flexible in delivering car to a hotel rather than airport when our plans changed. Was waiting at airport for return. Car itself was a tiny bit scratched and scraped. No problem with that. But the tyres were only just legal and were a cheap brand and did not stop the car very well.
