Jun 07,2023I placed two orders ine for shock which i received and one for 50 lbs of chlorine which i waited over a week and never received it. I had to call Doheny only to cxl the order. Customer service couldnt even locate the item. So i cxled the order and in the end i was inconvenienced and had no chlorine in my pool for a week. Not a good experience. I was a regular customer to. Guess its easier to go to local pool store near me. Sorry but the truth

Jun 07,2023Called customer service for a question about a pool liner I was trying to order from them. The first person, I spoke was very "as a matter fact" and didn't answer my question appropriately and it felt as though he was not experienced with inground liner installation. Ok, I don't throw the baby out with the bathwater so about a month later, I called and was asking a question about the liner measurement form compared to another companies and wanted to make sure I was covering what they wanted. The female cut me off rudely and said "just send me what you have", I replied, that's not what I was asking and hung up. Awful!!!!

Jun 07,2023....ORDERING AND SHIPPING WENT E-Z...UPON RECEIVING THE PACKING FOR THE POLE THE SHIPPER/FEDEX DID NOT SECURE THE PACKAGE....I PICKED UP THE POLE FROM THE FRONT PORCH AND THE POLE FELL FROM THE PACKAGE.....IT WAS NOT SECURE....!!!!!!....BOTH PRODUCTS I ORDERED WERE "GREAT"......

Jun 07,2023Your 3" chlorine tablets are the densest tabs I've ever used. I've used them for about 3 years and in any given 50# bucket I normally find only 3 or 4 tablets that are broken in half. Yours are the only ones readily available in a 50# bucket and are delivered next day to my front porch. Additionally, they are the most cost efficient tablet.

Jun 06,2023The chemical I bought was to remove the oil from the surface of pool water. It did but after that water got a bit cloudy. We did water analysis and the phosphate level had shot to 2742 ppb (N=0-100). So, we are worried and cannot use our pool until this level disappears.

Jun 06,2023Other than a 3 day delay due to FedEx, the pump arrived and was installed fairly easily. The motor is quiet and it's ability to provide appropriate water movement for the price point is amazing! My installer, who mainly works with Hayward products was impressed with the Doheny Pump and will now start suggesting new clients look to this model for retro fits.
