Jun 05,2023You did not allow me to return a pool pump purchased by mistake at no cost to me. Yet your company honors 30 day free returns if purchased through Amazon. I was willing to purchase the correct pump from your company at twice the cost but since you didn't help me with the return, I ended up purchasing it from your competitor.

Jun 05,2023I was not happy with the solar pool cover that I received. It feels very thin and I do not think it will last more then two years. I would have ordered the thicker one but I did not want to get it in the clear (which is actually silver looking). I also was not happy with the size of it. When I order a cover that should be eighteen feet wide I expect it to be eighteen feet wide NOT eighteen feet eight inches, It required a lot of trimming, width and length which I did not appreciate. The last time I ordered a cover I was completely happy with it. That being said I was pleased with my shopping experience.

Jun 05,2023Buyer beware. Doheny will NOT pickup shipping cost for returns. I bought many items from them in the past. However, they are willing to lose my business by not picking up shipping charges on only product I’ve ever returned. They would not budge. Crazy. Off to Amazon for my products…. SMH Dohney's responded and said to call them and they would "make it right". NOTHING happened. They said to send an email because they didn't believe this was my post. ABSOLUTLEY HORRIFIC COMMPANY

Jun 05,2023It was easy to find what I needed and appreciated the prices being lower than most along with the free next day shipping. It would have been helpful though if there would have been communication that my order wouldn't ship next day and some of the order would be even a bit more delayed. An explanation as to why would have been helpful since the next day pledge was part of the reason I selected Doheny's.
