Jun 06,2023Regarding 14 to 18 foot in pool solar cover reel. Strongly suggest you opt for different design. Installation difficult. Must cut aluminum reel with hacksaw at least twice for length. 40 + Self tapping screws do not. Must pre-drill holes for them. Wheels provide no stability when putting cover on or off. Reel moves around. Hand crank on only one side. When putting cover on the reel runs all the way out. Not happy.

Jun 06,2023I placed an order that was to arrive next day. It has been well over a week and I have not received my order, however, my credit card has been charged. I had to since order from somewhere else since my pool was being installed. When I reached out to customer service, they were extremely unhelpful. So I have still not received the product or a refund.

Jun 06,2023I had two separate orders a week apart Pool Pump, 50lbs of chemicals and a Pool In-ground cleaner. Both orders were placed in time to receive overnight fed-x delivery. Sales person even told me that I would receive the shipment overnight. I did not receive either shipment overnight. Received the both after the weekend. Pump working great when received but have not received the cleaner so I can not commit on it. Just know when ordering, not to expect shipment overnight even if you are told you will.
