Jun 06,2023I have been receiving Doheny's add for a number of years. I needed to replace my solar cover and visited some local pool supply stores. The price at Doheny's was significantly cheaper than the local pool supply stores. I easily ordered it online. It was delivered quickly (approximately 4 days). Upon opening the solar cover, I found the quality to be equal to the previously locally purchased covers. As a result, I would highly recommend buying from Doheny's to anyone who is a pool owner. I know, I will!

Jun 06,20232nd time I've ordered a sand filter online and the 2nd time I received an email stating that my order has been cancelled. You held my credit card in a "pending" status for nearly 10 days before it was released the first time. The representative I spoke to said that the problem was my credit card and not you. That's a lie. There isn't anything wrong with my credit card or my credit line. Just talked to another representative regarding the 2nd time I ordered the same sand filter. I told him I received another cancellation notice. He said that the order went through just fine and I'll receive a confirmation today. I'm still leary about that. We're not starting off well at all. If I do not receive shipping confirmation today or tomorrow, I'll have no choice but to file a complaint. If you want to make me happy, ship me the sand that I'll need for the filter at no cost.

Jun 06,2023it's June 5th i thought maybe since you emailed me this request for review i might be getting the chlorine tabs i ordered 5/26 so i clicked on the tracking info and got nothing. it's order# 060223-5018-006 fedex tracking # in the email said fedex 65123393570. but fedex shows nothing. i spent 37 mins on the phone the 1st time so i'm not anxious to call again. maybe it will come tomorrow...so disappointed âšī¸
