Oct 11,2024I just love the personal approach to customer service that the brand takes - it almost feels at times like you are buying couture instead of jeans, it feels so bespoke! The products are gorgeous as well, beautifully cut to accentuate your figure in a way that I feel other brands don't get even close to.

Only had them on to go for lunch and completed by 3 people one a total stranger! I would like to now buy the same jeans in black. (out of stock). My third item from Donna Ida never had a bad purchase 💕. (Would rather buy one of these than in previous years 4 pairs of cheaper jeans that fade!)

Oct 04,2024I’m 5’10” so often find the waist comes up too high on jumpsuits which isn’t flattering I bought the Cassandra tall jumpsuit in black. I wasn’t sure about the size (I’m a 10/12 and take size 27 jeans) so used the online chat. The lady suggested a medium which fitted perfectly. I feel really glamorous in this jumpsuit. Fits beautifully! Will defo try the jeans at a later date

Oct 02,2024Donna Ida's jeans are some of the best I've ever tried and they fit so well while also being incredibly comfy. I used to dread buying jeans but now I'm a total obsessive. The Minnie's fit like a dream and I also just bought the Edith too which are so comfy. Love the customer service too and level of detail available about the fit of the products on instagram. Big fan!
