Oct 03,2023Ordered two pair of jeans. One of each size as was not sure of sizing. One pair still not arrived three weeks later so cancelled the order. Returned one pair of jeans. All jeans too long. For RETURNS you have to have a QR code - MOST inconvenient and not have a returns label sent by email. I did not like that at all. Will not be ordering anything again from Donna Ida.

Oct 02,2023I placed my order back in May 2023, knowing that there would be a bit of a wait for my jeans. I had a personal shopper from the company, who provided me with regular updates, and answered very promptly when I messaged her. Due to circumstances in Tunisia, in the end, I had to choose a different pair, as my order could not be fulfilled. However, I was recompensed for my troubles and once I changed the order, the jeans arrived quickly with no further issues. I love them, and will definitely use Donna Ida again!

Oct 01,2023The jeans are stunning. I ordered them back around Easter time which was frustrating but once you had them in stock they were shipped seamlessly out to me in California & my friend just ordered a pair too because they are the perfect high waisted flare. Thank you

Waited three months for the product and when they arrived the were perfect on waist but too long in body (so much so they folded across the crotch which was just weird) and also would have required significant taking up. I think it’s a one size fits all approach but bodies and jeans don’t work like that. Felt really disappointed.

In my case it was Meile, who was lovely and very responsive, helpful. Sadly, I won't be keeping the item, but the service associated with it, was first class.

Sep 22,2023I visited the Donna Ida pop up at the Chelsea Town Hall today and what a wonderful experience it was. Valentino was an absolute joy to shop with, so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I left with the fabulous Cassandra jumpsuit in black. The quality is superb and the cut and fit just perfect, I will be wearing this for many years to come. Next on my list … the Blue Minnie jeans once they’re back in stock!!!
