Really disappointed with the service from Door Entet Direct after purchasing a keypad from them , I needed technical support on a Friday. Called them and told someone would call back by their sales department, but am still waiting. Had to go to NACD and get another keypad urgently, who have great technical support.

Jan 24,2025I reported a small defect with one of the items I was shipped. It was the manufacturer's fault not Door Entry Direct's fault. I wasn't expecting a replacement or any compensation but they called me and wouldn't take no for an answer and sent me a replacement part right away. Top notch customer service. I am a repeat customer, great prices too.
