Henry called to hear my plight and agreed without question that I have time to sort out my problem and, as I found I no longer required the handset, agreed to accept return with a full refund. A1 service and personal touch via phone calls very much appreciated. Thanks again Henry! I'd happily recommend this company!

Then on Monday morning was notified of the delivery time window. The order arrived in that window was left securely in my safe place and I received notification that it had been delivered. First class service from start to finish.
