Dealing with DoorEntryDirect is an absolute pleasure and fully professional service. From my first contact through email to calling after I had an impression that these guys know exactly what are they selling and recommending. None of the usual upsell that is so typical these days. I cannot find right words to recommend this company highly enough. The website said the item was in stock and would be delivered on the Friday, it is obviously a security issue when a part goes wrong, I then receive an email saying it will be delivered on Monday, I was best pleased, I sent an email back to Door entry direct, explaining my frustration. And this was my reply: Thank you for your email. The product you’d purchased was out of stock. The estimated dispatch date advised was 21 June, as per your order acknowledgement attached (sent to you on Wed 15:38). We have received the goods earlier than estimated and shipped them immedietaly. It has now arrived on Saturday, I appreciate this was quicker than Monday in the end, but no one to fit until Monday now.

The service I received was first class, although I called I did in the end order on line, however the agent rang me back to check that all was in order. I will recommend and use the company again.
