One quick call to Door Entry Direct, assured me what replacement to buy and it was delivered next day. Bit pricy compared to the unusable sets on Amazon but still a fraction of what it would cost to be billed through the housing association.

Aug 05,2021I ordered a product from these and paid for the next day delivery, which was confirmed to be delivered. That day passed with no product. I then messaged them and received a call the next day stating that it would be with me by 12:30 the next day. This was not the case and the delivery came later which meant that I was not able to complete the work on that day due to the timings. Good products, shame about the service.
