Wrote a 1-star review company contacted me asked me to remove the bad review if they refunded me money spent. I removed and they refunded my money and canceled my account. They forgot to cancel the auto payments they set-up with Stripe. Now my tenants have been charged for April with no account. I have tried to get ahold of a DoorLoop Loopster and it's impossible to speak with a live person and the online is impossible to get someone to intelligently resolve the matter let alone understand what is going on. I have very upset tenants and my whole experience with DoorLoop has been a nightmare to say the least. Stay away from this company as there is no customer service.
These guys are always available and always quick to respond, even when they're technically closed. They stick with me until the issue is resolved.
DoorLoop seems to be a well designed program, very user friendly, and easy to follow. We ended up going a different route mainly because familiarity with the other program. One thing I did like in my short time with DoorLoop was the fact that when you call, a person answers. I’d recommend DoorLoop to a company just starting up that is looking for an easy system to run that meets their daily requirements. In my case….. it was just hard to teach an old dog new tricks!
PRICELESS! The customer service at DoorLoop has been one of the most beneficial aspects of the platform. The customer service is awesome. They always answer back in a timely manner. If they can't get it fixed right away, they will stay in contact with you until it is resolved. DoorLoop is very user friendly and if you make a mistake, it is easy to fix. Easy to learn and implement into your business.
Everything is fine, but there are some pretty basic features that the software just doesnt have. For instance, the water bill changes slightly every month. Why doesn't door loop detect that the water bill was paid, it was $50, and it ususally is $30-35 so there is something to investigate.
As an owner of apartment buildings, I have tried a variety of management software and DoorLoop, for me, is the best hands down because of their legendary customer service and the intuitiveness of the software. We are growing with them and hope they keep up the good work!

Keep your rental portfolio organized with DoorLoop. We have 30 rental units and we are able to manage lease applications, onboard tenants, collect rent and manage repair requests all through DoorLoop. Tenants have their own portal to pay rent and make repair requests.
When ever running into an issue I don't understand or need help. I receive the assistance and guidance needed in a prompt and friendly matter.

While I don't use all of the features that DoorLoop offers (sending or receiving payments, application for renters) I have been very pleased with the ease of using their system. For background, I own 4 small office buildings with a total of 30 offices. DoorLoop's customer service has been terrific and they are sure to follow up if they don't know the answer right away. That said, I have given them 4 stars for two reasons: 1. the majority of conversations are through their chat portal, which is fine if you have a quick questions, but can be a challenge if it is something more complex. And, sometimes it can take 15 minutes to get a response. 2. The program can't accommodate subletter information and I have a lot of subletters in my building. Overall, though, I've been very pleased with Doorloop and would recommend it to others.
The program is very user friendly. Easy to Navigate through menus, Easy to add and set up Properties and Units. Self Explanatory through the whole process!!!

This a great software platform. The team is very responsive and they assist with ANY issue that arises. They are constantly upgrading the product (based on customer feedback). The platform is very easy to navigate and super user friendly. I highly recommend it!!!!
