I enjoy the on boarding process and all of the integrated features that this platform offers! The system is very intuitive, and easy to navigate. Customer service is also very helpful.
We switched to DoorLoop from a free lease service. So many of the management software companies cater to large companies but we only have a few properties so we wanted one that would fit our needs but still be able to grow with us if we add properties to our portfolio. DoorLoop made the most sense, it gave us everything in one package - maintenance requests, leases, accounting, etc., for the cost. We've been really happy with the switch, in particular, the maintenance requests have been easier to manage. I love knowing that everything is in one place.
Doorloop and their employees have been so helpful since the first day we connected with them. Their team is always quick to respond to any questions I have. They also are so receptive to any ideas or insight from my point of view in what would be helpful to us as property managers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get organized and stay on the edge of property management software!
Doorloop is an absolutely amazing program. I have been able to monitor and keep track of all my rental properties very efficiently. I highly recommend this program for any property management company.
I had about 35 doors when I realized I can't do this on my own like I had done in the past and with more doors coming, I wanted a system, I did not want to let go of the control by hiring a property manager but still wanted to be assisted. I found doorloop and loved how help is always a call, email or chat away. Setting up was very helpful. Doorloop basically does it all for you but through a virtual video call so I was able to see as they would do it so that then I could do it myself. I have ran into a few issues, but I quickly schedule a call and they help do it and clear up my confusion right away. I love that I am able to log in from anywhere. My tenants are able to submit repair requests and I can determine level of priority. If they are late, late fees automatically gets added. I still have so much to learn to be able to use at it's full potential. It's worth the money for sure!

Its a great simplified experience of a sometimes very complex process. The customer support is among the best ive experienced in any company and while i cant think of anything that needs improvements, they are constantly updating their platform and slowly making their experience much better than what you were happy with.
Doorloops keeps everything so organized and is super user friendly
The customer support at DoorLoop has been great! Any time we have a question about the software, we are offered the options of a messenger chat or date to schedule a video call for a specialist to walk us through step-by-step. The software itself is very user-friendly and covers all our property management needs, such as accounting, repairs, portals, payments, recording, taxes, etc. As a small business, it's important for us to have all our needs met while being affordably conscious, and DoorLoop has made this process a success.

We've been using doorloop going on 2 years now. The experience with them has been absolutely perfect. The software is very efficient and their support is second to none.
Not a bad platform but I have been underwhelmed so far. It was sold as the best thing for property management since sliced bread but it is quite average overall. They don't offer any new features that competitors don't and in fact, they are still missing quite a bit. For instance, accounting/reporting is very basic and buggy. Cash payments and inspections are all offered by other respectable PMS. Customer service is solid but if you are not based on the east coast, you are outta luck. I could see this being an upgrade for small operations with 10 - 20 units tops but I have had much better experience with AppFolio and even Buildium. Doorloop still has some ways to catch up with the big boys.
On Sept 5, 2023 I gave a negative review of doorloop, after they saw it they contacted me to review and fix the problems we were having! Two thumbs up! Oh and also showed me that the problem was created by my rental company who blamed doorloop! Shame on them!
I recently had an experience with the verification process for a merchant account application, and unfortunately, it was quite frustrating. While the support chat initially showed promise, the verification issue I encountered went beyond their capabilities, requiring the involvement of the processing team. The process started with the submission of bank statements and an active lease, which seemed reasonable. However, I faced repeated challenges with the verification link provided, which failed on multiple occasions. Despite reaching out via email to explain the problem, I never received a response. In my attempt to seek clarification, I reinitiated contact with the support chat. Although they acknowledged the verification failure, no explanation was provided as to why it occurred. Another ticket was submitted, and I was once again asked to provide bank statements and a lease, essentially starting the process from scratch. This was quite frustrating, as I had already sent the requested information in a previous email thread, which went unanswered. Finally, the support chat got back to me and explained that my application failed due to an incorrect ID number submission. However, I found it odd because throughout the application process, I was only prompted to take pictures of the front and back of my ID, provide the last four digits of my social security number, and take three photos of myself. Nowhere was I asked to enter my ID number, leaving me perplexed. As if the confusion wasn't enough, I received yet another request for a copy of the lease from the processing department, even though I had already sent it multiple times. Unfortunately, by the time these issues were resolved, it was too late for me to provide a proof of concept to my partners. They had already decided to renew our contract with a competing service, leaving me with limited options and a significant amount of wasted time and effort. While the support chat was initially helpful, the lack of clear communication and repeated requests for the same information proved to be major drawbacks in my experience with the verification process.
The DoorLoop software is amazing, but the Customer Service is even better. They helped me set everything up. The automation makes it easy to keep all my expenses and income in one place and provides all of the statements I need.
I love how easy it is to navigate the website. My favorite part is being able to pull reports. Everything can be exported via excel which makes it even easier to sort the data as needed.
We found doorloop after trying several other management softwares and by far doorloop is the best we have tried. They really focus on making it easy and customer service is top notch when I have an issue or question while using the software. I have found some features I would like added and they have taken the suggestions seriously as I always see new features being added.
