The soft search feature was a huge plus as I didn't want multiple hard searches on my file. Found a suitable lender and had £300 in my account within hours. The lender's terms were clearly explained.

Nov 10,2023They don't appreciate loyal customers at all. Paid my loan in full 2x without missed payment or any sort of problem but when I applied for another loan, I was declined immediately but my circumstances didnt change at all. Difficult to communicate with them. Customer service takes ages to answer a message. Really poor experience.

Oct 27,2023I received some emails stating I was eligible for a loan, I called 02081442137 and provided some information and was told I qualify for the loan. I was asked to pay £25 for insurance purposes and this was done via PayPal, this was not going through with my card. I was advised to pay via the company mobile top up and it worked, they received my payment. Whilst the worker was on the phone another email was sent to me and this time, I was asked to pay an additional £100 which I refused as I now became suspicious. I was told until this payment was received my loan will be placed on hold. Some time after I received a call from a women on 08009012022 claiming to be from my bank, she informed me I had a loan pending and she needed to go through security first. I ended the call and contacted my bank who stated they did not call and no loan was pending for my account. I was scammed of £25, it could have been more, please beware of these scammers.

Oct 19,2023avoid this company at all costs. They make unfair and unreasonable decisions and dont treat customers all the same. One decision for one and one decision for another. Also they dont investigate your complaints properly or answer any questions you put to them. Disgusting company.

Oct 09,2023Scam!! This company to not fulfil their promises! You pay the £26 insurance fee, they want another £100, then another £75! It's ridiculous! I am now £125 down, with nothing to show for it. AVOID!!!

Oct 06,2023Worse loan company ever please everyone avoid because u will be disappointed... had 1 loan paid it back..a few months later applied again and declined.. my situation and credit has gone even better.. what makes me laugh is that I applied straight after getting rejected for a loan with a major loan company who only accept people with good credit and was accepted....Now u tell me that something isn't right with this company...I strongly believe within two years they will Go into liquidation..... remember where u heard it first.... keep the bad reviews coming

Sep 27,2023Spoke to a gentleman called G.....rhymes with Herald.....he explained very clearly how early repayment works .....plus changed my payment date and overall customer experience 100,% positive....nite to managers he is a real asset. Plus, this perhaps is the only company I've seen which incentives you for paying off early.. other firms...you borrow X and need to pay 2 X x irrespective of when ...so would recommend this form as if you can pay it back earlier , do so ! Cheers

Sep 12,2023John is an absolute legend, no idea how much he is being paid but it isn't enough. Very informative, pleasant and happy to answer the call. So many people out there who dont care about their jobs but this guy does you can tell. I'd make him a trainer so all staff can be trained the same way. Seriously actually made my day better. Thank you buddy no idea about the bad reviews. You cant get multiple loans one after the other as its classes as irresponsible lending. Not hard 2 realise if you pay it off you cant get another one straight away the company are trying to help you. Saying you cant afford to not have it is exactly why they dont want 2 get you in further debt. Read the t and cs and provide help for you. Remember smile all life isn't all that bad. John you're a legend dont forget that, keep up the good work and managers give him an hour off the phone or something for a great job or even a thank you. It goes along way and this guy deserves it.
