I bought my Doughnut and it came to Bulgaria pretty fast. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the backpack. I love that the backpack has additional pockets inside, so I can orginise my stuff better.

I bought my macroon the zips broke with minimal use and I'm trying to email them to claim my warranty I emailed on the 7 of September and received a reply on the 8th asking for information I responded with this on the 8th and 10th and checked in on the 13th and 14th with no response. I expect that they are waiting for my warranty to expire before they respond
Pésima. Os cuento mi historia. Hice un pedido el mes de agosto. Y ya estamos a septiembre y no lo eh recibido, no hay un agente que sea bilingüe y pueda comunicarse en español. Emito correos con respecto a mi pedido y me responden pasada las 72 horas después. Peor que el protocolo de secuestros policiales. La última notificación que recibí redacta la gota que derramo mi vaso. QUE MI PEDIDO LO RETUVO ADUANA. ? Perdona ?? Aduana. Ni que estuviera transportando sustancias controladas señores. Voy esperando mas de 15 días laborales lo que va pal mes. Gracias por nada. Posdata : Quiero una solución rápida !!

My bag has not even been shipped yet and it is approaching 3 weeks since I placed my order. I have been contacting their customer service but it is unbelievably slow and their guarantee of response in 2 business days is not true. I can’t speak on the quality of the bag itself but please do not buy from their site - if you check lower star reviews here as well as their Instagram comments you can see there are customer also complaining that they have not received orders & the customer service is not replying to them. EDIT: It has now been more than 3 weeks and I received the wrong package. The Doughnut team has left all my messages on Instagram on read & my emails to the US team have been unanswered for more than a week and I can’t even get a refund. At least I received a reply from the UK team who could not help me. EDIT #2: Changed rating as the UK team has actually been helpful. If you can please avoid ordering from USA site - use UK site or Amazon.

Amazing , has lots of space and very very good material. I'm an high school student and it fits lots of stuff . I'd say it fits max 4 (A4) books and 2-4 (A4) notebooks with an 13 inch laptop and the front pocket might fit like an emergency kit and those kind of stuff

Absolutely love my new backpack, the material feels so much better than I expected! Had a lovely day at the beach with it and it fit 2 bottles of water, 2 hoodies and snacks!
I purchased my bag on August 3rd. On their website they claim orders are shipped via Fedex within 2-3 days of ordering and will arrive within 5-7 days. First, my order not been shipped via Fedex, it's being shipped via DSL for some reason, but we payed extra for EXPRESS shipping. We paid extra for it to arrive sooner just for our order to not get shipped to us multiple days after the promised shipping date? My mother (the one who placed the order) tried emailing the company after 4 days and got no reply. Now, 6 days later, I'm trying to reach out to them on both instagram and via my personal email (with the tracking number included). We're starting to worry that we've gotten scammed. The bag I ordered now says it's sold out on their website and I'm worried that my order got lost in a pile or something and I'm not going to end up getting my bag. I've heard great things about the bags and I'm sure i'f love mine if I could actually get it. Extremely disappointing. Classes begin in 3 days and I'm not going to have a bag. --- UPDATE: Our bag finally has a tracking number, but it's with *USPS* and we aren't receiving any updates on it. It's telling us that the status can't be retrieved and there might be an error. So their site claims to ship with Fedex, we paid for express shipping with DSL, and now we're getting it from USPS. I'm seriously thinking this could be a scam. ----- ANOTHER UPDATE: Got the bag. I love it so much. Raising my review to 3 stars because of the amazing quality of the bag. Only wish they had been clearer about tracking/shipping. I recommend ordering their bags from their shop on Amazon, not from the direct website (or from other sites like Jetpens.com) because their bags are amazing, but the shipping was an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Customer friendly website, quick delivery, good quality product. Reason for four stars only because the product was shipped from outside of Switzerland and I had to pay tax and duties additionally to the purchase.
