Nice package in biodegradable wrapper. All backpack “fragile” componentes were protected (leathers and metals). Only good remarkable things about the unboxing. Thank you 🥰

Didn’t get what I ordered. Was promised a replacement next day delivery. Paid £60 for a bag I’ve not received and no refund as yet.

Love my new Doughnut backpack!! I have others in different colours and sizes which I use all the time. The different compartments on the inside are are perfect keeping everything organised especially the small bits and pieces such as earphones, charger and cable, pen, small notebook, chapstick and loose change. They’re strong and durable so worth the money. Arrived very quickly too! I would definitely recommend!

Delivery was fast, but when the bag came, it didn't have an authenticity label, which I've read is a marker that the bag is legit. There are also some loose threads on the inside of the bag and on the front, on the leather accent of the base of the handle is. I ordered this from doughnutofficial.co.uk, why does it seem like this could be a fake?

Love my bag. It took a week to deliver due to technical issues and they sent me a partial refund of £10 completely unprompted! Bag is cute and loads of pockets, the whole front zips open too so easy to find stuff. Would recommend!

Very nice and patient service, highly recommended! The bag has three-year warranty. I purchased bag with the reduced price, but the zip was broken after one-year purchase, they just sent me a new one after I claim the warranty! Special thanks to Paul :)

I have ordered and paid for four bags for my cousins wedding on 20th June, paid for $200 HK for FedEx delivering which says 2-5 days. Now after 6 days waiting, no idea where the bags are and whether they have even been dispatched. Emailed, but waited 3 days only saying under shipment arrangement with 0 clarity on when the bags will be sent or received. Emailed again, no response. This is very disappointing experience and if the bags not delivered within next week, I would like to seek full refund and share this experience with all my family and friends.

Firstly, 5 stars for the bag, 0 stars for customer service. It's a good looking well made bag, but not exactly what I want. Returning seems impossible as no-one replies to emails! Pros- Well made Great pockets Sturdy comfy straps Concealed zip is more secure Cons- V hard for me to return Concealed zip for me was tricky to undo Zip at side rather than middle making it trickier to find things This is a lovely bag and I deliberated quite a bit before trying to return it.

It’s impossible to get a response from them, and after placing my order on the 9th of June my order is finally being shipped on the 22nd of June. 🙃 I was left on read by their instagram account multiple times and had sent 3 seperate emails and was still blamed for misspelling an email address. It was a very annoying ordeal and an unpleasant experience overall. The upside to this was being mostly refunded for my initial purchase. Let’s hope my bag arrives!

(NOTE! Read also update below for the end of the story) The item (105 euros) was never shipped. They say on the website that it should be shipped within 2 days, but now it has been almost two weeks and the customer service is not answering anymore my requests of information or refund. So it looks like they got my money and I got nothing. I even decided to pay 15 euros more for the bag than e.g. in Zalando or other resellers to buy directly from them to have a safe and smooth buying experience. All the opposite. After few days I contacted them to ask information about the shipping, no one answers. After another 2 days I wrote pretty mad, they answered saying people are ill, they offered me 10% discount and said they will ship in the evening. After another 3 days, no shipping has happened, so I write them again, but no answer. I had to wait all the weekend and letting Monday come and pass to give the item the chance to answer (as if they deserved one) but still no answer. Then yesterday afternoon I wrote one last time asking for a refund because I'm tired and still no answer. I guess I just threw 94 euros down the drain. I definitely do not recommend. Even if I should get me money back at some point (I will make a claim via PayPal), for such prices no one should have such a painful buying experience. UPDATE: Eventually, after 3 weeks of emailing, I managed to get the item shipped. I also received 11+25 of refund. I haven't received it yet, but the tracking says it's on its way.
