Mar 07,2025So far so good . I just downloaded and paid my fee in full upfront maybe 2-3 weeks ago . I already got notifications from Experian yesterday things are being removed. I referred my sister to Dovly today . If this keeps going well I am going to let everyone know about this company . I do see an error for my transunion report in the app so I will call transunion tomorrow (per the app) . Hopefully it’s an easy fix . update 3.7 .25- I called Transunion and stated what the Dovly app was asking. They didn't quite understand. But had me set up an account to do my own disputes. Called Dovly they aren't open as of yet. But will call back because I am a little confused it states Transunion disputes were sent so maybe the app is off a little.

Feb 14,2025Well the experience was over the top and normally I don't do reviews but I had my subscription accidentally canceled after I even paid it and they helped me figure it all out and we're so nice and patient and explained everything to me and you know what that really meant a lot because most companies don't take time to even care if they took your money or not so yeah it was one of the best experience I've had with any company made me feel relaxed and made me feel like they really cared there's only four customer service agents which tells me that they're there for the customer they're not about supply and demand that's what I liked about it so two thumbs up way two thumbs up thank you guys
