Jordana was an absolute pleasure and her professionalism throughout the entire process was impeccable. One of the things that really stood out about Jordana was how personable she was. She took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for in a property. This helped her to narrow down the search and ensure that every property we viewed was a potential match. Jordana was also incredibly responsive and supportive every step of the way. She always made herself available to answer any questions I had and provided me with fair and honest advice. Her knowledge of the real estate market was impressive, and she helped me navigate some of the more complex aspects of the process with ease. William went out of his way to source properties that actually matched my very particular specs - I was never presented with options outside of these specs. Despite the dynamics and pressures of the rental market, I got the distinct impression that the Draker team still cared about finding the right fit for their client and any prospective tenants. If you’re a prospective tenant about to navigate West London’s acutely constrained rental market, I recommend Draker without hesitation.
