After interacting with about 20 real estate agents, Jordana was the only one who prioritized my needs. She answered all of my questions and was very supportive throughout the process. From the moment we submitted our application to the signing of final contract, she was attentive, patient and maintained good communication throughout. The whole process was smooth and speedy. Jul 25,2023During my search for a property in London, I met George Mikhailenko from Draker Lettings by chance, and during our first phone call, George demonstrated his professional communication skills. After clearly understanding my needs, he quickly organized viewings and searched potential properties for me. This made the process of finding a property in London very comfortable. When I first came to Draker Lettings, the staff were very professional and friendly. George drove me to the property location, no more waiting on the road, patiently answered my questions along the way, such a sincere and detailed communication, really makes me feel at ease. After the viewing, George drove me back to their office. George's professionalism made the whole process very efficient and easy to understand, as I am an international student, and he answered all my questions about the details of my offer, completed the offer according to my wishes, and submitted it to the landlord in the afternoon. Even though there were other offers in the middle of the process that made the process a little bit interrupted. But when things turned around, George contacted me immediately and completed the tenancy agreement on the same day. Without his help, it would have been difficult for me to find such a suitable property in the competitive London market. In the subsequent process of payment and submission of reference letters, again with George's meticulous communication and selfless help, he listed out for me one by one, what kind of letters I needed, and what kind of information should be included in the letters. It was really detailed and easy to understand, and I was really touched by his professionalism and responsive attitude. Efficient, objective, positive, optimistic, patient, meticulous, helpful, and professional - all these can be seen in George. Once again, my sincere thanks to George Mikhailenko and Draker Lettings.

However, I wanted to share my thoughts on my interactions with Jack Welstead, the real estate agent I communicated with throughout. Jack has proven to be an exceptional professional in the field. He consistently displayed eagerness to find solutions, offered assistance whenever needed, and genuinely cared about my well-being. It's quite rare to encounter such qualities in a real estate agent, and I commend Jack for his outstanding dedication and customer-oriented approach. While I can't fault Jack for any shortcomings, I feel compelled to mention that my overall rating is not a full 5 stars. This rating is primarily influenced by the unfortunate circumstances that unfolded after I signed for a flat, paid the deposit, and the first month's rent, only to be informed at the last minute that the landlord had a change of mind. This unexpected turn of events resulted in financial loss for me. Moreover, it's important to note that I sent money through a French bank, which incurred additional taxes. When the funds were eventually returned to me, further taxes were deducted. Consequently, I found myself at a loss of 200 euros throughout the entire process. While my personal experience may not have been entirely positive, I believe it's crucial to recognize the exceptional service provided by Jack. However, it's advisable for individuals to exercise caution and consider the potential risks associated with financial transactions in similar situations.
