Jun 22,2024We have the privilege of liaising with Luke Anderson in our search for an apartment for rent. In a landlord’s market where demand outweighs supply, and agents have no need to give tenants the time of the day, Luke stood out amongst the other agents in his kindness, politeness, and ability to match/pick out properties. He really listened to our requirements and surprised us with a set of listings that were on point in price and location, and he remembers the details of our needs even in conversations days later (because he took good notes!). He also went out of his way to show us properties that we said we were keen on even if it wasn’t in his domain, called/texted to confirm we were available on the day itself. His professionalism, effort, and attention to detail was outstanding as compared to our interactions with many, many other agents in this landlord’s market [we had met agents who forgot we had a viewing, were pushy and told us properties that were within our budgets werent available when they were just because they wanted to close a more expensive property with us etc]. Luke was nothing like that and you can trust that he has your interest at heart. Thank you Luke for making our experience so pleasant!

Kyra went above and beyond to find me the perfect place and wasn't pushy at all (which cannot be said for a lot of London estate agents!). Luke was incredibly kind, polite and helpful. He really understood my needs and criteria, didn’t make me feel like a number (like with many other agencies). Within 2-3 viewings, I found exactly what I was looking for. Draker’s process is incredibly smooth and easy - absolutely a pleasure to deal with Draker and Luke. George Mikhailenko was extremely proactive in finding us very suitable tenants and was quick to respond to our queries. He also had a good sense of humour. The tenants moved in two days after we moved out which could not have been better. Thanks guys!!!

May 17,2024UPDATE IN AUGUST 2024: I had left a glowing review of our experience with William finding a last-minute rental in Kensington. Then, we moved out in June 2024. It is now August and our deposit has not been returned, though it's been promised many times. It has taken near-daily prodding of William, Oli, and Ella to get any response at all, though it seems no action has been taken. We were rushed through the deposit process, emphasizing that it was imperative that our funds were transferred in a timely fashion before move-in, but the same consideration has not been returned. We've been waiting for thousands of pounds for months.

George Mikhailenko has been an amazing agent in this process, although the market is competitive George really made sure I got the property that I was looking for. His expertise and knowledge made the process easy to understand for us. It was very comforting to know that George was following us step by step.
