Across lockdown 3 rental properties became vacant due to companies going bust, but they were all re-let within 2 weeks thanks to Tim, Jack and the Draker team. I highly recommend Draker Lettings as they’re better than any other estate agents I’ve worked with and worth the extra % as they’re always happy to help and have always found me great tenants.

I was originally looking at a different property but lost out by someone getting their application in faster. Jordana was quick to find an AMAZING replacement that was still in budget! Transparent both symbolically and literally, they feel confident in handling your issues because yes, they have worked for their reputation. Open morning through night, 99% days of the year, they are accessible and reachable even though never a quiet moment in their office. Yet despite this, and this is what makes them special to me, it is their humane approach which makes up for all the little differences that matter as you go by your routine business. Their way is very much ‘yes I can’ or ‘we will see to it’ because, from what I have known them, they really listen and truly deliver.
