As international students, he was accommodating to our different time schedules and efficient with our paperwork as well. Despite our lack of experience with the UK rental system, William got us ready to move-in within just a couple days. We would definitely recommend him, and Draker Lettings, to anyone who is looking for a new place!

Sep 30,2021Flathunting is a huge headache especially as an international student but it was so relieved when i got in touch with Jordan of Draker Lettings! He was very friendly and easy to talk to, was very accommodating of my many questions and had great suggestions to help us move forward. Very honest as well to help manage expectations and understanding of limitations I was facing as an international student. I had previously spent more than a month apartment hunting to no avail, but Jordan helped me find a suitable place in a few days. I recommend him to all my fellow students who were still looking.

Sep 24,2021Dealing with Draker’s and especially Jordan has been amazing and a pleasure!!! I’m still looking but that is definitely more down to me and my requirements ( budget and being pet friendly) then to them!!! Jordan has brilliant communication skills updating you with any questions and sending you details of anything that comes up! I’ve only been looking for a short time but I would rather wait and deal with someone like him then some of the other estate agents that don’t reply to your basic questions or pick up the phone! Would highly recommend Draker’s and Jordan!!

Kimia is super friendly and has always been available for any questions or concerns we have had during application process. Hopefully we won’t need to look for a new place soon but if we do we would definitely go for Draker’s and we will definitely be asking for Kimia.
