We had to rent from overseas without visiting, due to Covid, and John helped get us answers, pictures, videos, so that we would feel comfortable. Then he went well above and beyond to help us get things set in the house before our arrival. Highly recommended.

She gave us a great understanding of the market and really good advice. Jordana also stayed at her office until 9pm to let us view a flat and guide us through the offer form. Sep 15,2021I had a lot of poor experiences with other London-based real estate agents before I first encountered Draker Lettings, so much so that I had come to expect the same sub-optimal service by default from every real estate agent I talked to. Luckily, this was not at all the case for Draker Lettings. The agent I had was Ben Spanton - he was quick to lock down the property for me and get the papers in order. Additionally, he was always easy to get a hold of via phone call or text, which was much appreciated whenever we needed any questions answered. The whole experience felt very professional.

Sep 15,2021Absolute professionals and go out of their way to assist. Also, I gave the job to other (I think bigger firms) and Draker came back with three offers! While the others didn't come back with one. I love that Mo is on hand at any point (even at off hours to assist) he (as I assume they all are) are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and professional. They were really good at filtering the weird tenants and finding me the right ones and the whole process of getting gas and electrical certificates couldn't have been easier thanks to them. Really pleased I responded to the advert letter that came through the door.

Sep 15,2021I joined Drakers a few years ago when looking to rent my property in Notting Hill. I was very satisfied. A good tenant was found at a good market rent. My property recently came up for rent and once again, the service provided by Draker was first class. I was kept regularly informed and got sound and helpful advice on various issues regarding the terms of the tenancy. I have previously used Foxtons and Marsh and Parsons, but I found Drakers compares favourably with both. I strongly recommend them

I also appreciated quick replies via WhatsApp where I had any queries, as well as being kept up-to-date on any developments regarding my lease. My experience with draker lettings has been very positive.
