We were so pleased with them the last time we purchased a bed that we didn't want or need to go anywhere else for our second bed. They are a lovely team of people, they let you take your time in choosing (no pushy sales) ask your needs and do their best to help. The quality of goods are excellent, delivered on time assembled and no fuss lovey men who came. Thank you Dreamers

Apr 01,2023We purchased a bed frame and mattress from dreamers but we weren't ready for it to be delivered as we were decorating. We rang up at 11am Monday morning and said we are now ready for it to be delivered and assembled. We were pleasantly surprised when they said they could come that afternoon. The man came on time and was friendly and professional. We are having a wardrobe fitted with them too and would highly recommend Dreamers to family and friends.

Mar 29,2023We would not recommend this company for wardrobes. We spent £10,000 in 2022 and have been waiting 3 months for a faulty door to be changed. Only to find out this morning they’ve sent the wrong parts. We expect to have to wait another 3 months. Hardly any contact from this company no letter of apology. They don’t seem to be interested at all sadly. Very poor customer service. We’ve just had a née bedroom extension completed and we’re going to let Dreamers fit a new wardrobe system. Delivery was bang on time, having been called the day before with a delivery slot. 2 delivery men were very friendly, smart, polite, professional and all round top fellas. Would definitely recommend.

Mar 13,2023Great service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful when I looked round but not pushy. Delivery arranged in a week as I was without a bed. Free delivery. Friendly helpful delivery men who put bed and headboard together, cleared packaging and even offered to put my existing mattress back on…carrying it from another room. The divan itself is lovely. Sturdy and well finished. Highly recommend and will be using again very soon.

Feb 15,2023A really great experience dealing with Dreamers from the staff within the shop and the 2 guys that delivered and assembled our bed. We were told 2-4 weeks for delivery and then less than 48 hours, I was called to advise our bed and mattress were ready for delivery. They were able to schedule a delivery day which was convenient and contacted me the day before to confirm the delivery time. On arrival the 2 delivery/assembly guys were well presented and very polite and the bed and mattress were installed/assembled in less than than 2 hours which included our old mattress and bed frame and removing all rubbish. I would definitely recommend Dreamers and would use again in the future!

Feb 05,2023The help and advice in the store was exactly what we needed when choosing a new mattress The mattress we ordered came into the store exactly when we were told and delivery took place 2 days later (on the 31st Jan) The two gentleman who carried out the delivery were excellent, cared for our property whilst negotiating a super king mattress up the stairs. The old mattress was taken away too together with the wrapping of the new one

Jan 06,2023A family run affair - well if it wasn't it certainly felt like that. It was nice to feel special whilst buying a bed! That's how the staff made you feel. It isn't part of a chain so I enjoyed a bit of banter and negotiated a better price with some pillows thrown in - which is a no-no with some shops. The delivery date was up to us with no extra charge and came with 2 men who we recognised from the shop. They carried the new bed upstairs and even assembled it for us - also at no extra charge. We have had a bed from Dreamers Bed Centre before, as has my son and his friend and had no trouble at all. The bed itself is a 4ft small double with free pillows and is soooo comfy, as are the pillows. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing a new bed.

I explained what I didn’t want then Shaun proceeded to show me 3 types of mattress as I required one that could be made bespoke to the measurements of my existing bed. Finally managed to find what I was looking for. Thank you Shaun and the Staff for being patient.

May 09,2023Shaun could not have been more helpful. We went for a mattress and found what we wanted with Shauns help. asked about delivery he asked when would we be home and it was delivered ten minutes later free of charge. Great place to shop they have a massive stock and i will go there again.
