Sep 12,2021I wasn’t looking forward to spending a day looking for a new bed. Dreamers bed centre was my first and last stop as they had just what I was looking for. The sales assistant Adam was very friendly and knowledgable and explained just what each bed and mattress was made off and which would be the best in terms of my needs and budget. It took only 30 minutes and I was on my way. I would fully recommend a visit to Dreamers bed centre.

I was looked after throughout, given the opportunity to try mattresses that met my specific need (Back problems) given all the relevant information for each mattress, the pros and the cons. Purchased a mattress there and then and was delivered within a couple of days. All in all excellent service. I would definitely recommend.

Jul 10,2021My new bed got delivered and installed last week. It is a sleigh bed with Chesterfield quilting effect on the head and foot. I had only seen a black crushed velvet one in the showroom and picked cream fabric with buttons from a fabric swatch book (slight gamble having not seen/felt the fabric upholstery in full). I needn’t have worried, this bed is absolutely stunning. The finish, the quality, the fabric.. the sheer size of it (kind size). It is so luxurious I am over the moon. My mother took delivery for me and she said the delivery men were so professional in their uniform, covid masks, took their shoes off to protect my carpets and were really pleasant. There was a slight delay in the manufacturer delivering to Dreamers, which was out of their hands, but it was so worth the wait! I’m blown away by this bed. Lovely company to deal with. Excellent sales team., customer service and products. Highly recommend this company.

Jul 01,2021I had a lot of help in choosing the fabric for my new bed base and headboard, the cream now matches my bedroom perfectly. The Baker and Wells mattress is so comfortable and I sleep much better now. I would recommend this lovely family run business as the service is second to none.

Jun 15,2021Purchased a nice end storage bed base and headboard, arrived this morning, just one week after ordering, looks fab. Guys who delivered were polite, friendly and knowledgeable also respectful of my new carpet. Julie and Shaun at the store were also very helpful with quick responses to questions as I ordered these online. My sister had purchased the same base a few months ago so I knew it looked great and was very good quality. We have also purchased two mattresses in the past and service is always second to none. Well done Dreamers, keep up the good work, good customer service is hard to find these days.
