We bought a Mammoth Shine Mattress and 6 ft Ottoman Storage Bed. The customer service in the shop was very good and we were given plenty of time to try different beds. Communication was also good The bed is extremely comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The manufacturers sent a base piece that was the wrong size so we had to wait a week before we could use the under bed storage. The under bed storage is huge! The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the feet of the bed were put on wrongly and had to be redone. But to be fair they came out straight away and sorted it. I would recommend Dreamers for their high quality beds and excellent customer service .

We purchased a Mammoth mattress from Dreamers 3 weeks ago. Explanations in the shop and the 'test' was all was very satisfactory. A medium grade mattress seemed to give us perfect comfort. Having purchased 5 other beds from Dreamers over the last 20 years we knew we were in good hands. Delivery was arranged for Saturday, perfect, and they would take the old mattress away, perfect. Mattress delivered to the bedroom. Inspection and test...the mattress was alot firmer than the display model, alot firmer. 1 nights sleep later... this mattress was not the one we had tried in the shop. It was very uncomfortable and very hard. We had a return visit to the shop, It was the same mattress! They listened to our complaint with concern and a visit was arranged for the following day to inspect the problem. 24 hours later and we both had had the best nights sleep we had had for a very long time and our 'firm' mattress had suddenly become medium. Inspection not required ! 20 nights sleep later and I would not change my Mammoth mattress for any other. Whether the mattress needed to settle or we needed to settle, I have no idea, either way I highly recommend Mammoth and I highly recommend buying one from Dreamers.

Excellent choice of beds & mattresses, great prices throughout and staff couldn't be more helpful. Lisa, especially, is a very knowledgeable and friendly member of their team. We have bought previously a divan bed, many years ago, (base is still like new), we opted for mattress upgrade a couple of months ago, and we are not disappointed with the choice & quality. Today, we have purchased a new divan and mattress for our bedroom and I am confident we will not be disappointed when it has been delivered. The delivery is always timed and agreed to be convenient to the customer and the delivery guys are so very helpful. They also remove your old bed / mattress for a small fee.

Having not had a new bed or mattress for a number of years I was dreading trying to find a new one with being such an indecisive person. Me and my dad went in to Dreamers and Shaun the salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. Shaun showed great customer service by being very patient letting me try out numerous mattresses and making recommendations to my needs. He also showed us all the options possible in the specific colour bed I wanted. Shaun has made this experience less stressful than I thought and I am so happy with my new bed! I would 100% recommend this company!

So after having the most horrific experience of ordering a bed from Bensons to have them refuse to deliver and argue about refunding our money, we set off bed hunting again. After nearly giving up hope of finding the luxury nights sleep we wanted, whilst stood in Starbucks I spotted the Dreamers Bed delivery machine in the car park, googled the address and off we set for a mooch. Now I’m a firm believer that things happen for a reason and if it wasn’t for our coffee break we wouldn’t of stumbled on Dreamers, as it hadn’t come up in our searches of places nearby and we were literally around the corner. From pulling into the car park and walking into the building there was a lovely warm welcome. We could see others on their quest for their own nights of comfort so off we set on ours. Now what was nice was we weren’t jumped on with a hard sell, we were left to toot and when Adam could see we were ready to ask some questions he was more than happy to share his pearls of wisdom. We told him about what had happened with that rubbish company we shall never mention again and he explained to us how Dreamers was a family run business with only the one shop. You could tell this in the way he dealt with us, his passion for sharing his knowledge and the way he spoke about the company. So Adam then told us about his magic skills, but stated he was no wizard (Adam will know what I mean) and he was great! So it was a Saturday when we called in and after all the trouble we told him about he went out his way to make sure we had our Mammoth mattress delivered by Tuesday, so at least until our bed was ready we could have a descent nights sleep until it arrived (which would be approx 2 weeks) as we had no bed since we got rid because of the Bensons issue. So the mattress arrived, delivered by 2 happy chappies and we slept like logs that night. Then we had the best news ever Adam had managed to sort delivery of the bed for Thursday, so from ordering on the Sat and having the most pleasurable experience of customer service we are now tucked up in the comfort we were seeking... So thanks to Adam and Dreamers for giving us the best advice, waving your wand and leaving us two happy customers!

Purchased bedframe & mattress in May and received same excellent service as with past purchases. Delivered on promises and can't praise the guys in the Ashton-in-Makerfield branch enough. Excellent choice of products at really good prices and with really great trustworthy advice & service. If you are in the market for new bedroom furniture don't buy elsewhere until you have paid Dreamers a visit.

Purchased my bed base, headboard and mattress from them at a better price than anywhere else. Can't recommend them highly enough. Service was personal and the job was carried out efficiently with lots of communication along the way. If you need a bed, or mattress or headboard, don't waste your time going anywhere else.
