May 22,2021Excellent service in store. Listened to my requirements and fulfilled them. Promised delivery in 2 to 4 weeks and did so in 2. Being an adjustable bed it needed erecting in situ which the delivery people did without fuss or bother. Highly recommended.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about their products. Time was not an issue. Adam guided us through the extensive product range with advice about comfort, colour, trends etc which enabled us to make our final choice. There was no hint of pressure at any time, just a desire by the team to ensure that the customer was in a the best possible position to make an informed choice. Top quality products and services.

May 09,2021All staff very knowledgeable and friendly,nothing was to much trouble for the staff and no pressure, able to go away and make a decision what was best for the customer.Great car parking and large and spacious showroom.Delivery drivers also very good followed all COVID rules without having to be asked to put a mask on.

Nothing is too much trouble and the expert attention you receive when visiting the shop is second to none. I would strongly recommend them and would never go anywhere else.

We went into the showroom for a browse and immediately felt very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and there was no pressure to buy. Eventually found the right bed and now awaiting for the delivery. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mar 08,2021Just received our 3rd bed from Dreamers Ashton-in-Makerfield. Chuffed to bits with the look of the bed. Ordered over the phone as I knew exactly which mattress & base I wanted. Adam was very knowledgeable about the products supplied by the companies and when I could expect a delivery with everything that’s going on at the moment. Was contacted when it arrived in store & delivery organised very quickly. Nothing but praise for this branch of Dreamers. This is why it’s our 3rd bed from them. Keep up the great service!

So pleased in fact that we decided to buy one of the same mattresses for another double bed we have, delivered next morning. Jan 30,2021We managed to purchase two fantastic ottoman beds and mattresses despite lockdown. Adam our wonderful sales person did this all safely via video links, showing us virtually around the show room, sending material samples and talking us through the many great choices on offer. The store caught my eye after seeing his hilarious you tube videos which at the same time clearly explain the advantages of different mattresses and beds. We went for the Mammoth. Excellent service.

The service they provide is excellent from entering the showroom to your bed being delivered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for beds now and have recommended Dreamers to my family and friends

I have needed to purchase an adjustable bed for a rather poorly relative in a rush and have have had fantastic service from Adam and a female member of staff who took the initial call. We have recommended Dreamers to our friends and colleagues over the years as they are completely trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Jan 09,2021Bought a bed the other day,had looked at the big players and online ,gota topline bed off these an was blown away at the price ..i didnt need interest free ot finance so no front loaded prices..delivery by there own staff all in all a perfect experience ,and i dont say that often .very pleased
