Oct 04,2023I had a 4400 graft hair transplant in February 2023 it's been 8 months and I am seeing great results, I booked an appointment in December for the second transplant with Dr Hakan and his helpful colleagues. I was a Norwood 6 and now have good frontal and mid-scalp coverage. Looking forward to seeing the results of the crown. Initially, I chose this clinic because of the natural frontal hairline look ( on Instagram ). They give you a realistic expectation during the consulting session, in my case it was to have a slightly higher age-appropriate hairline. Everything went smoothly... In my opinion, youth is a finite resource! And hair loss drastically took away the youthful appeal, I would say to whoever is reading this " go for it " it's worth it!!

Oct 03,2023I’m highly impressed with the customer service, the luxury hotel and the luxury car was a great add on quality, plus the service overall was amazing. I’m grateful for my results so far. My hairline was done about 2 weeks ago and it’s turning out beautiful. Also, the communication through WhatsApp is great, I’m from NYC and they reply within minutes. What a great experience!

I am happy with the results. Also, the accommodation was in the same building as the clinic, which was very convenient. Sep 25,2023The team was very helpful and friendly. They paid attention to all of my questions in my mind before the operation. Thus, they prepared me mentally well to the operation. Before the operation, they prepared a good plan and applied their plan carefully. During the operation, they also ensured my physical comfort. Their helpfulness and care continued even after the operation. I have found answers to my questions easily in every periods of the process; before, during and after. Thanks to all of the nurses and special thanks to Dr. Hakan, Mr. Koray and Ms. Rumy because of a very good, helpful and friendly communication.

Everything went smoothly, from first contact with Koray and Rumy, transport, hotel stay to procedure done by Dr. Hakan’s medical team supervised by Dr. Hakan. Dr. Hakan is attentive and informative before and during operation and willing to give advice on how to behave after operation. I would like to thank Rumy for good communication before and after the procedure. You get medicine, neck pillow, headband and everything needed for washing hair and faster healing. Healing is fast and it goes as planned. Eager to see results soon!

Aug 05,2023I felt I'm in good hands. The day of the flight you already have a text messages and videos regarding your hotel, taxi, clinic location and time.. (Rumy, Head of logistics operations, is an experience and professional as it gets). As for the crew and clinic, here you'll get a personal experience (only 2 patients at a time, and only 4 max a day) That way you can get the attention needed from all the crew including the Dr. himself, which is with you from the first step on. I had some complaints about water dripping from my head (there is a stage in the process that they need to get the head clean). And also that sometimes I felt that I was needing more information about what is happening in the moment (in English). But when I asked my questions they were more than happy to answer and make me feel like they wanting to help. In my specific case I finished the operation and got back to the hotel, and after I sent a photo of my head (they ask you to), they thought that I might have some suspicious parts. So they sent a taxi for me, took another look and made sure that I'm all good (everything was on there personal time and expenses) That shows that this professionals care about what their doing, and more importantly about the patient. Overall I had an amazing experience, I recommend everyone to go and probably I send people that I know to do the treatment there.
