Jun 19,2023The attention, the responsiveness, the comfort, the care has been absolutely second to none. Transparency and honesty has been felt the whole time, it really felt like I had acquired friends for the trip. Still in contact with them now. I am 19 days post HT, all healing well, pretty much back to more life. Donor area is still very itchy and sensitive but apparently normal and no issues with transplanted area at all. Special mention to Koray and Romy for making me feel so safe and assured.

Jun 16,2023Before the hair transplant procedure, I did research for a long time. The most important criterion for me was that the procedure looked natural. As a result of my research, I preferred Dr. Hakan Clinic. His previous work seemed very natural. I am glad that I have chosen, they have been very helpful since the first day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had no problems during and after the operation. They are constantly following. Also, Dr. Hakan is a general surgeon. I mean, he's an advanced doctor. People who have nothing to do with medicine started to do this job. Having a general surgeon at your head during the procedure gives great confidence. Thank you very much everyone.

Jun 12,2023Extraordinary results with a natural outlook! I have been almost searching for two years to find the most suitable doctor to fulfill my expectations. After seeing the results of both hair transplants, and restorations of the poorly transplanted hair revised by Dr. Hakan, I decided to have a consultation with them. From the beginning, all the staff, including Rumeysa, Koray, and Dr. Hakan, were very kind and informative about all the procedure steps. Dr. Hakan and Koray intensely cared about the natural hairline, which was my priority. They guided me to find the best hairline that fits my age and style. The surgery took about 8 hours, and I was all fine during the procedure even though I had a low pain threshold. After the operation, they showed me the process of caring for the newly transplanted hair, and everything went well. They answered all the questions I had through Whatsapp whenever I asked. I finished 4.5 months and waited to write a review until I saw the initial results. Even though it is still too early, I had extraordinarily successful results regarding density and naturalness (everybody says real growth starts after four months). The people who saw me didn't ever understand that I had an operation, which is a sign of naturality for me. Overall, It has been a very successful process far beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend them if you want natural results, which people couldn't even notice you had the operation. Thanks to Rumeysa, Koray, Dr. Hakan, and all the other staff in the clinic! Best, Owen

Apr 24,2023I got through to dr. Hakan’s clinic via PhenixEsthetics and had good communication throughout the whole process. Overall, I thought the process was well thought out and organized. Clearly a lot of time has been spent to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible and that is certainly reflected in the service for me. I understand that things can't always go well everywhere and that's why I wasn't criticizing when things went wrong. Mistakes are there to be made and learned from and the mistakes and problems that were there were also neatly picked up and processed as it should be. I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I received a warm welcome from the contact person, Rumy, Dr. Hakan, the barber and the other doctor, Koray, who was present. We had a good conversation about what would happen and they professionally informed if I was on any daily medication before hand. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy, professional, which, in my case, is a perfect environment for a customer waiting for a surgery. The before and aftercare went rather quickly for me and I mainly do the aftercare myself now because I had to catch my flight. However, all steps were neatly explained, I received my medication and everything went according to plan. I really liked the guidance, even if there were a few steps that didn't quite go according to plan, but certainly not so bad that I disturbed me. I was picked up and dropped off nicely for every appointment. On the way you can enjoy your time around Istanbul in a lovely spacious van. I would have liked it if all the nurses and everybody involved in the process were able to speak English, but I assume that the English language is of no priority in Türkiye’s education system so I can’t really complain about that as a foreigner. The most important doctor’s speak English and for the other doctor’s and assistants, I managed to communicate through Google Translate. To summarize, I’ve had a great experience and I would do it again without any doubt! Definitely recommended!

Jun 20,2023As of the first meeting, the whole process (it's been 4 months since my hair transplant took place) was simply perfect. I got detailed answers to all my endless questions :) In terms of the result, although it has been 4 months now, I am very satisfied. The healing of the wounds and my hair growth process was quite fast. I have a natural hairline and I think that was one of the highlights. The clinic still continues to run the process with me and is very helpful. I can't wait to see my 6 months and 1 year results :) Note: With a clear conscience, I can recommend everyone to hand themselves over to Mr. Hakan and his team :)
