Jan 23,20232 Ocak 2023 günü saç ekimi yaptırdım Dr Hakan bey Koray beyle tanışana kadar hala tereddütlerim vardı fakat klinikten içeri girer girmez o samimiyeti ve güveni hissettirdiler daha sonra hastahaneye geçtiğimizde kübra hanım donörden alımları yaptı şimal hanımla birlikte Okan beyde kanalları açtı ekim 8 saat sürmesine rağmen su gibi aktı diyebilirim Dr hakan bey bütün süreç boyunca operasyonda bulundu son ana kadar eklemeler yapıldı hiç şu kadar kök alınır konuşması yapmadık ama 5000 kök ekim yapıldı max ne alınabilirse donöre zarar vermeden aldılar konu hakkında yeterli bilgim yoktu koray bey ekim öncesi ve sonrası binlerce soruma anında cevaplar verdi şu ana kadarki süreç çok iyi tek ekip olmasından dolayı resmen vip hizmet almış oluyorsunuz ve en çok sevdiğim nokta ticari kaygıyla hareket etmemeleriydi ben çok mutlu ayrıldım her şey için teşekkür etmek istiyorum

Dec 23,2022I had a very good experience with The Dr Hakan Clinic. They provide a good service and ensure that you feel comfortable and safe, and there is also good communication by always asking if you are satisfied with the actions that are performed. what I also really like is that after the operation the contact between me and the clinic does not immediately disappear or even decreases. I have always been able to reach them if I had any concerns or other questions and they respond very quickly and clearly. they really give you the impression that they wish you the best result and don't suddenly leave you on your own. Also a special thank you to Koray and Rumy for still checking if everything is going well. if you are considering doing a hair transplant I would definitely recommend Dr Hakan Clinic, because these people really know what they are doing!

Dec 19,2022Overall, I thought the process was well thought out and organized. Clearly a lot of time has been spent to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible and that is certainly reflected in the service for me. I understand that things can't always go well everywhere and that's why I wasn't criticizing when things went wrong. Mistakes are there to be made and learned from and the mistakes and problems that were there were also neatly picked up and processed as it should be. I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I received a warm welcome from the contact person, Rumy, Dr. Hakan, the barber and the other doctor, Koray, who was present. We had a good conversation about what would happen and they professionally informed if I was on any daily medication before hand. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy, professional, which, in my case, is a perfect environment for a customer waiting for a surgery. The before and aftercare went rather quickly for me and I mainly do the aftercare myself now because I had to catch my flight. However, all steps were neatly explained, I received my medication and everything went according to plan. I really liked the guidance, even if there were a few steps that didn't quite go according to plan, but certainly not so bad that I disturbed me. I was picked up and dropped off nicely for every appointment. On the way you can enjoy your time around Istanbul in a lovely spacious van. I would have liked it if all the nurses and everybody involved in the process were able to speak English, but I assume that the English language is of no priority in Türkiye’s education system so I can’t really complain about that as a foreigner. The most important doctor’s speak English and for the other doctor’s and assistants, I managed to communicate through Google Translate. To summarize, I’ve had a great experience and I would do it again without any doubt! Definitely recommended!

Continuing on the day of the transplant, there was a detailed explanation of all the steps and the nature of the transplant. The staff was very tolerant, caring and attentive to my needs.After the transplant, I received instructions for taking the medication under the close supervision of Rumi Very satisfied with the entire procedure from the entire team and obviously also with the result Recommended Dr. Haken everywhere. Nov 29,2022Great and safe experience from the beginning to the end of the process. After giving detailed information before the operation, we decided how to do it together. Local anesthesia was used in my operation. I only felt some pain while the anesthetic was being administered. Afterwards, I did not feel any discomfort during the operation. It is a long and detailed operation, each root is taken one by one and then placed in the new area. I am only 11 days after the operation, I have almost no open wound or scar on my head now. And I think all the roots planted are in place, because it looks so beautiful. More than 4000 roots have been taken and placed one by one, this is really a job of patience and expertise. I would like to express my special thanks to Mr. Hakan, who managed the process throughout the operation, to Mr. Koray, who managed the team, to the staff who carried out the operation, whose names I cannot remember, and to Ms. Rümeysa, who provided detailed follow-up and information after the operation.
