Dr. Hassan Nurein is an experienced body sculpting surgeon specialising in Gynecomastia Surgery. He has been a practising Cosmetic Surgeon for over a decade and has honed his skills to a high degree of expertise after performing hundreds of procedures per year. He is one of the few doctors in the UK to specialise in the treatment of gynecomastia, also known as male breast reduction.
Dr. Nurein has trained in Vaser Hi Def and 4D Body Sculpting at the International Centre for Artistic Body Sculpting. His training in the NHS was with one of the best surgeons, Dr. R Kennedy, who is a Senior Consultant Surgeon that also won the NHS Best Hospital Doctor award in 2004.

Feb 15,2023I had my surgery in the London clinic. Dr Nurein’s team were exceptional from Receptionist to the Nurses, complete professionalism. The nurses were very attentive throughout surgery, holding my hand making me feel very comfortable, ensuring I was warm enough (they had a device blowing warm air on my legs). Dr Nurein: Pure professional Clearly very experienced Was checking to see if the pain was ok during the procedure Was talking about what he was doing (made me feel at ease) Highly recommend- life changing worth every penny! Recovery so far is better than anticipated; intrigued to see what the final results are - will be seeing Dr Nurein in 6 months time! For my final review!

So far the aftercare has been excellent, everything has been explained to me very clearly so that I'm aware of what I need to do. Dec 19,2022Dr. Nurein specialises in gyno, so he is super experienced in this field and the great reviews support this - it’s why I chose to go with him, and I’m glad I did. The whole process is seamless from the initial consultation to the op (personally I found this a breeze and virtually painless), right through to the aftercare (thanks so far Hanna!). I’m one week post op and so far so good. I would highly recommend anyone who is suffering with gyno to place your trust in Dr. Nurein.

Nov 30,2022I had gynecomastia since the age of 15 and I'm now 42. It's caused me a lot of stress throughout my life, and I spent a lot of time trying to hide my chest/ worrying about people seeing it. It also created a feeling of hopelessness not being able to get rid of it through exercise. I chose Dr Nurein because of his excellent reviews and the fact that he specialises in gyno surgery (rather than being a generalist surgeon). Also the fact that he does it all under local rather than general anaesthesia was another big deciding factor for me. I kept putting the surgery off at first as was pretty worried about it, but eventually pushed myself to book the date. Definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm now three weeks post surgery - really happy with how my chest is starting to look. Still early days in recovery but it's amazing not being self conscious any more about my chest and what I wear. Feels quite surreal after 27 years. During the surgery Dr Nurein's team really made me feel at ease and I felt a lot more relaxed than I'd imagined. Had been worrying about the day for so long and in the end it really was no big deal. Some occasional very minor pain but barely noticeable. The surgery was over in one hour and I walked out of the clinic feeling fine. Post op support has been great and Hanna always quick to respond to my questions. If you're thinking about getting the surgery done I would fully recommend and to do it with Dr Nurein. Very happy with my decision.

Nov 18,2022I had vaser lipo, gland removal and skin excision surgery with Dr Nurein in July 21. Despite a complication that resulted in partial loss of my right nipple (something that can unfortunately happen with the amount I had removed), I was really pleased with the results of the first surgery. My chest looked flat, chiselled and revealed pectoral muscle that, despite a decade of serious weightlifting, had been hidden behind breast tissue. During a 2-month post-op consultation, Dr Nurein suggested I might benefit from some complimentary vaser lipo around my armpits (to improve the overall look of the area), which he ended up performing in May 22. I’m now incredibly happy with how my chest looks and no longer balk at wearing T-shirts out in public. In terms of the partially-missing nipple, I’ve been seen by Dagmara (‘Dag’) for three sessions of scar reduction and micropigmentation—and have been amazed by her skills, artistry and kindness! Dag is such a lovely person—super thoughtful and empathetic—and has worked tirelessly to recreate the look of my nipple. I’ve been so impressed by the efforts she’s put into matching the colour of the areolae, painstakingly working to flatten and lighten the raised scar and apply a variety of pigments (mixing them with such skill) to the nipples. The results are truly exceptional. You’d never know that I had any complication with the initial surgery. Thank you, Dag. Nov 18,2022I would definitely recommend Dr Nurein for gynecomastia surgery. The whole process was efficient, I had enquired and had my surgery within weeks. The initial results two weeks later are great and I’m sure I made the right decision about my surgeon. The aftercare team have been very helpful on the road to recovery and are quick to respond to any questions. If you’re contemplating getting your Gyno sorted, get it done - it’s undoubtedly going to change my life and I’m sure it will too change yours.

The aftercare instructions were thorough in addition to being contacted regularly by the team for an update. The nurses were amazing and put a smile on my face as soon as I walked through the door. For anyone considering going to the clinic with out a doubt they should.

My gynecomastia was causing me issues for over 15 years and severe confidence issues, now my chest is flat. It doesn't feel real yet. If anyone is interested in getting their gynecomastia treated, definitely get it done by Dr Nurein!

Oct 28,2022Dont hesitate to go and see Dr Nurrein for this surgery. I nearly didn’t go as was very anxious and nervous about the operation and how I would look afterwards. I was scrolling google for hours every day searching Gyno before and after a etc. I’m 2 weeks post surgery and am so happy with my results and the way I look now I’m so glad I went through with it all. He’s is top of his game and would recommend to anyone searching Google for surgeons.

Oct 25,2022Dr Nurein and his team were all so welcoming and friendly and really made me feel at ease and quickly subdued any nerves. From as soon as you get through the door to as soon as you leave you are always kept informed about what is going on from the paperwork to the surgery and they are always making sure you are okay throughout the surgery and will do anything to make sure you are comfortable. The aftercare support has also been amazing and contacting them couldn't have been easier. You are also sent several questionnaires via text about how your recovery is going so they monitor it very closely which is confidence inspiring. Overall its been a great experience and to anyone who's been suffering with gynecomastia and is still unsure about surgery I say go for it! It's been a massive hindrance to my life from a young age and has stopped me doing so many things and now I can't wait to go swimming, go to the gym, take my shirt off at the beach, wear whatever clothes I want and all the other things it's stopped me doing in my life!

Mar 13,2023Just over 2 months post surgery and this was the best decision I had taken by trusting in Dr Nurein. Before surgery: Dr Nurein and his team were very approchable, clear in terms what they would do (gland extraction) and offered a FREE consultation for me. This is really rare considering the years of experience Dr Nurein has. During Surgery: Dr Nurein and the team made me feel safe in their hands and Hannah was really caring throughout the surgery. It was bareable, nothing too painful as I was under local anasthetic. Dr Nurein noticed that the gland that initially appeared to be small was quite a big gland one the incision was made, but were still able to take it out succesfully. After Surgery: Nothing too major of a pain in the first few weeks. Hannah could always be reached out to if any concerns and Dr Nurein would review the photos after 10 days- ish. Both of them really made me safe trusting in them. There was no need to go back to clinic after surgery and I just need to take proper care on my end. Hannah was always quick to review my photos post-op and suggest any changes if needed. You have to follow the aftercare instructions for good results. RESULTS: My gynaecomastia is gone now and I can wear normal T shirts with the T shirts hanging off the pecs!!! (And not off the nipple which caused me high insecurities for about 5 years). I can also gym as usual now and it's Ive almost forgotten/not conscious that I had gynaecomastia. I used to walk slouched for years/wear jackets even in summer sometimes to hide this but now I can stand straight and walk straight confidently and this made a huge difference to my life. For anyone getting the surgery, trust in the process and I highly recommend Dr Nurein!!
