Dr. Hassan Nurein is an experienced body sculpting surgeon specialising in Gynecomastia Surgery. He has been a practising Cosmetic Surgeon for over a decade and has honed his skills to a high degree of expertise after performing hundreds of procedures per year. He is one of the few doctors in the UK to specialise in the treatment of gynecomastia, also known as male breast reduction.
Dr. Nurein has trained in Vaser Hi Def and 4D Body Sculpting at the International Centre for Artistic Body Sculpting. His training in the NHS was with one of the best surgeons, Dr. R Kennedy, who is a Senior Consultant Surgeon that also won the NHS Best Hospital Doctor award in 2004.

Jun 08,2021Had my surgery last week and am currently 6 days post-op. Decided to get the surgery back in March and had an online consultation which was very quick and it was clear that Dr Nurein was very skilled in this area, which made me feel at ease straight away. Booked my surgery tor the London clinic and traveled by train. Operation went really well, nurses were really friendly and the doctor talked me through everything he was doing throughout. Slightly uncomfortable with the pulling and pressure, but the anaesthetic ensured there was no pain whatsoever. The surgery took about an hour and I was wrapped up in a compression vest wnd band and and given instructions for aftercare. Saw the doctor briefly after who explained that the surgery went really well and I’d need to come back for a checkup in two months. Sleeping slightly upright in bed and on my back has been a challenge and I’ve got used to it. There’s not been much pain and I stopped talking Paracetamol two days after. The aftercare has been great and i’ve been able to get in contact via Whatsapp with quick responses whenever I have concerns. I’m back to work and am able to go about my normal life, with almost no discomfort and I’m really glad I had the surgery. Thank you to the team, it was worth every penny and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their quality of life.

Jun 07,2021If you’re like me, you were probably a bit sceptical about the proportion of 5 star reviews Dr Nurein has. From my experience with him and his clinic, these are very well deserved. I did a fair amount of research on gynecomastia surgeons in and around Essex and London. Dr Nurein stood out as a surgeon whose focus was on gynecomastia surgery. I took comfort in knowing that Dr Nurein is a complete specialist in gynecomastia surgery, compared to other surgeons who had broader offerings in terms of types of surgeries, but didn’t seem to specialise in gynecomastia surgery. I wanted a specialist, and it paid off, as I am very happy with the results. Dr Nurein’s prices are also very competitive compared with gynecomastia surgeons in and around London and Essex. All of Dr Nurein’s staff are attentive, polite, friendly and professional. They will help to make you feel at ease. Thank you very much, Dr Nurein and Team.

Jun 01,2021I cannot thank Dr Nurein and his team enough for how much they have changed my life. I am 1 week post op and the results look amazing already! I went into the city for the first time in a polo t shirt and I haven't done that in 8 years, that feeling is priceless! I only wish I had it done sooner. The procedure itself was relatively pain free, more of an uncomfortable feeling id say at times, however when I did feel a bit of pain, the doc helped by giving me more anesthetic to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Such a lovely team and a really nice gentleman. Thank you guys!

May 28,2021Dr Nurein and his team has shown great care and professionalism before, during and after surgery. Also the after care method of communication is really easy to use and very well thought. I’m one week post-op and the results are already great. Can’t wait to heal 100% and see the final results. I hope scar tissue won’t be a problem. May 28,2021I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and so far my results are amazing . From the start dr nurein made me feel comfortable and relaxed , the surgery was swift and very professional, his team are really nice and make you feel welcomed and calm thru out the procedure. The surgery is relatively pain free , at some points you feel abit of discomfort but nothing to bad . Dr nurein is 5 star doctor and genuinely a nice man, if your thinking about having surgery, he’s the man to go to , his after care is 5 star to .I’m glad I did it . May 27,2021I first had surgery back in July 2020. Gland excision and lipo. On the day I was nervous but the whole team made me feel completely comfortable and even made me laugh. The operation was a little painful at times but bearable. My recovery was a little painful and uncomfortable but the result were honestly better then I expected. I was so happy. Unfortunately I had some scar tissue on the right side of my chest build up which caused a more bulky appearance. This was explained to me that sometimes it can happen. After a check up with the doctor he recommended another procedure to remove it. I received my second procedure last week and the recovery this time is completely pain free. Slight aching but that’s all. So far so good! I’m looking forward to seeing the final results. I made a very good decision choosing Be cosmetic clinic. A little pain is nothing when you see the great results. Thank you!

May 21,2021Fantastic surgeon, my results are beyond amazing. I am happy and have my confidence back. I had my surgery in September 2020. Incisions have healed perfectly and blended in with the areola within 2-3 months, you can’t even tell I’ve had the surgery. Chest is now flat and nipples in proportion no more puffiness. No more bouncing chest when running, no more nipples poking through my t-shirt! Can finally wear what I like without being conscious hiding under jumpers and jackets. All was performed under local anaesthetic which was a preference for me. Never want to go through general anaesthetic ! I only felt pain once as Dr got closer to my sternum on left side, very temporary and was a 4/10. No pain on my right side and also local anaesthetic injections no pain felt.

May 14,2021I had liposuction, gland removal and skin excision on the 26th of April. My Scars are already healing very well. The surgery was more or less pain free and the nurses along with Dr Nurein were fabulous on the day. After Care with Dag has been amazing and its great to know if you have any concerns she is a text/phone call away. A free consultation that ended up instantly changing my life and how my clothes fit. Apr 06,2021So after looking around for a while, I decided to book in with Becosmetic for gyno surgery. I had my surgery mid Feb and it's nearly been 2 months since then so I thought now was a good time to give a review. Firstly, on the day I was greeted with nothing but smiles and a relaxed environment. I met the nurses and assistants first and the Dr Nurein as I got marked up. All were fantastic and super assuring and informative. The surgery itself was effortless, it went so fast, then anesthetic was the most uncomfortable part but once that was in it was all fine. Through surgery they talk to you, explain what's happening and check you are okay. As for recovery, honestly it's been so fast! Faster than I ever expected, I have had zero issues. My chest looks 10x better and you honestly can't tell I've even had the surgery in terms of scars or marks. Overall I couldn't think of one thing that I didn't like from using this team. I would recommend (and have) Dr Nurein and Becosmetic to anyone! Thankyou very much for the standard of work, professionalism and kindness. Jake Kemsley

Mar 31,2021Was incredibly nervous going into the Surgery as I'm anxious at the best of times, however Dr Nureins team put me at ease immediately. Dr Nurein was great throughout, explaining what he was doing and frequently asking if I was in pain. 5 days into recovery and other than a bit of soreness the 1st 24 hours it's been a piece of cake. The results already look amazing, the after care correspondence is second to non Dr Nurein is a wizard and true master of his craft and has surrounded himself with a brilliant support team. 110% recommend.

Mar 31,2021My whole experience thus far of Dr. Nurein and his team have exceeded my expectations. I will write another review once I have seen the finished results but in terms of the experience and procedure I came away very happy - and a bit annoyed at myself for putting it off for so long! Initially, I had some concerns around the Vaser lipo as I’m not overweight, but Dr. Nurein explained the benefits to me and why it’s necessary and I’m definitely happy that I had that done. The procedure itself was fairly painful at points but bearable and is over quite quickly but I felt at ease the whole time with everything being explained to me as it went along. Dr. Nureins staff were excellent, made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived and gave me confidence I was in good hands. This has continued with the aftercare, Kimberley is always on hand to help if I have any questions/concerns, which is important for peace of mind. Overall I am really pleased with the experience and am looking forward to seeing positive results!

The whole procedure was explained very well by Dr Nurein and his team and after the surgery they answer any questions or concerns you have. This problem bothered me for so long and hindered me from doing a lot of things so this surgery has definitely been life changing.

Mar 28,2021Had my Gynecomastia surgery 5 days ago now. I had VASER lipo and gland excision. From the absolute start it has been a great experience. From the price to the results I’m seeing at the moment, I am genuinely over the moon. Everyone at the surgery on Harley Street were fantastic on the day of the surgery. Calmed my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. No need to have nerves because I felt absolutely no pain throughout the whole procedure. Honestly if anyone is thinking about getting the surgery DO IT!!!! And choose Dr Nurein because he’s an expert in his field. Thanks again!

Mar 25,2021If you have ever considered getting gyno surgery then dr nurein is the man to go to. I was worried about the pain whilst having it done awake but it wasn’t bad at all. The staff look after you from start to finish and after a week of recovery the results are already incredible.

Jun 09,2021My experience with Dr Nurein and his team has been brilliant. I had a video consultation first which was convenient for me, so I didn’t even have to leave work to speak to him. Straight after that Olga sent me all the details about the surgery and when I could have it done. I paid via bank transfer and 4 weeks later I was in his London clinic having surgery. I found Dr nurein and his team to be very friendly and very professional, the surgery was nothing to worry about and I was out of there in no time. I had the surgery a week ago and my results look good, I am very happy about having my surgery with Dr Nurein and have recommended him to a couple of my mates who have a problem with gyno.
