Dr. Hassan Nurein is an experienced body sculpting surgeon specialising in Gynecomastia Surgery. He has been a practising Cosmetic Surgeon for over a decade and has honed his skills to a high degree of expertise after performing hundreds of procedures per year. He is one of the few doctors in the UK to specialise in the treatment of gynecomastia, also known as male breast reduction.
Dr. Nurein has trained in Vaser Hi Def and 4D Body Sculpting at the International Centre for Artistic Body Sculpting. His training in the NHS was with one of the best surgeons, Dr. R Kennedy, who is a Senior Consultant Surgeon that also won the NHS Best Hospital Doctor award in 2004.

Aug 24,2021I am very happy with the results already 7 days in , I can see my gyno has finally gone and the shape of my chest has improved massively. From arriving to Harley street to being prepped for surgery you are treated very well and made to feel totally calm , the surgery was pain free and is nothing to worry about at all for anyone who is concerned. I highly recommend Dr Nurein and the team, from my research prior to the surgery and my experience you will not find a better surgeon or receive the same level of care anywhere else.

Aug 24,2021Great people , friendly . Made me feel at ease good recovery team, what more can I say.I thought I would update this review to expand a little on the staff. They were so much friendlier than I could of expected. Some wonderfully excentric nurse, I believe was her position, welcomed me downstairs after a pleasant welcome from the receptionist who was genuinely friendly. I recieved great talk through while in surgery and was always made aware of what was coming next from the Dr hassan nurein and the other female surgeon to who I thank for her great bed time manner. Anyway I am still in recovery and will be seeing dr nurein in approximately a week. I hope all is well when the swelling subsides. But so far so good. Touch wood.

Aug 22,2021So I’d been very nervous about this going into it, and after experiencing years of gyconemastia, this was really my last best shot and ever living what I would consider a normal life. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by Kimberly, whom instantly helped me to settle down and allayed any concerns I had. She was super friendly and easy to talk to and was on hand with anything I needed. As the first face you see when you walk into a business, I believe that the job she is doing is amazing. I was then taken into the room to have my surgery by Aga, who to put it simply was awesome. She was so fun and enthusiastic, and genuinely made you feel like you were the only patient who mattered which is extremely rare. She was so comforting and just simply brilliant to be around as a person. I was then greeted in the surgery room by another lady though really frustratingly as I was so nervous when I walked in I can’t quite remember her name because she too was simply fantastic as she provided such comfort to me throughout the surgery too I am also so so grateful to her. Either way, these two ladies were the best. Dr Nurein himself then conducted my surgery with their help, and he is a class act. He is a straight shooting professional, with bags of experience and it shows. He’s everything you’d want your doctor to be, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and above all, fantastic at his job. I left with the results I didn’t even know were possible, and again, that is down to the hard work of the entire team and I cannot thank everyone enough for what they have done. You will then receive brilliant and attentive aftercare from Dagmara, who is always on hand throughout the day should you have any concerns or questions, to help ease you through recovery. All in all this is a truly life changing experience I will never forget.

Aug 03,2021It's been around 3 months since my surgery so thought now is probably the best time to review my surgery. From start to finish Dr Nurein and his team have been excellent keeping me informed throughout, consultation was done online but Dr Nurein definitely reassured me he could fix the problem. Day of the surgery I was slightly nervous but Kimberley on receptions professional attitude and kind nature definitely reassured me that I was making the right decision, if that wasn't enough Aga will definitely make you feel comfortable and put any anxiety at ease. Procedure was surprisingly quick with no issues, Dr Nurein keeping me informed with everything he was doing and before I knew it I was sitting up looking at how flat my chest was. 3 months later and I honestly couldn't be happier, confidence to take my t shirt off around people or wear white t shirts, anyone with gyno will know white t shirts are a no no. Dr Nurein and his team have honestly improved my confidence and happiness ten fold. If you are having any doubts about using Dr Nurein, don't he is definitely one of the top in the UK for this surgery.

Talks you through what's going to happen. Makes you feel very at ease. Wouldn't recommend any one else . Always there 24/7 if you have any questions

Jul 15,2021After many years of struggle with my condition and constant stress, I could not believe how simple it was to make it end. Dr Nurein and his team are unlike anyone you'll ever meet, their professionalism is on a level from out of this world. I did not feel any discomfort or anxiety from the moment i was greeted by the receptionist and was so relaxed thanks to the amazing staff, that i didn't notice when the surgery even began. From the amount of support I was given it was very obvious that the team deeply cared about my experience and they made sure I was feeling good throughout the whole operation. The best moment of my experience was when I left the clinic and I was able to walk with my back straight again without feeling any embarrassment. I experienced discomfort in my chest only for the first 1,5 days after the surgery and only because I was caucious about taking paracetamol. Still, the discomfort did not stop me from spending a lot of time walking outside. Now, 5 days after my operation I can sleep however i want without feeling much discomfort in my chest. My self esteem has been restored as I now feel confident wearing t-shirts of my size and look at myself in the mirror. Best experience i could have had.

Jul 11,2021Nothing but good words to say about my experience with Dr Nurein and the team. Straight from my first consultation, every question was answered and I instantly felt at ease. I was naturally nervous on the day of the surgery, but the team were so helpful in making me feel relaxed. The surgery itself was very quick, with very minimal “discomfort” and the anaesthesia certainly helped. Aftercare support has been perfect and I have always had a quick response followed by a phone call to ensure that everything is ok. Would recommend to all.

Dr Nurein was also incredibly reassuring, he is someone you can trust! The results - only a few days after surgery, have already left me in awe. Jun 29,2021Could not fault at all, Kimberly at reception was so welcoming and friendly! Dr Nurein and his team were amazing ! Nurses were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. During the procedure the team constantly checked i was ok, any pain they sorted me out ! Very professional. Im very much a worrier and the aftercare team have been amazing. Keeping my mind at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. Went back after 3 days to have my dressings changed and now awaiting my 10 day review. So far so good. Pain gets better every day. And could not be happier with results so far and will only get better ! Truly life changing ! Cant wait for everything to fully heal ! Thank you so so much Dr Nurein, the nurses, aftercare and everyone involved.

Jun 24,2021Very professional and friendly team, can't fault them at all. Made me feel at ease throughout the efficient and effective procedure. Experienced no pain but just slight discomfort during the surgery. Very quick procedure chatting away to the nurses and in and out as though I went for a haircut! Haven't had any pain at all since, only discomfort from the compression vest. Definitely recommend to anyone that's conscious of gynecomastia and to have the procedure asap. As soon as I found out and learned about the condition I consulted and got sorted within the space of 3 months! Feel alot happier now

Jun 12,2021If you are thinking about having a procedure, book an appointment and meet Dr Hassan Nurein. I first met him in August 2019 after much research online. He is amazing at his job, professional and is a very honest man with a fantastic team around him, I had to have scar tissue removed today which I was charged NO extra for. He is a man of his word and I can not recommend him highly enough. If you are constantly contemplating surgery and putting it off, go to see Dr Hassan and get it sorted. Since I have had the surgery I have been much happier and more confident. I can not thank him enough for what he has done for me, he has his patients best interests in mind and he has looked after me as he promised at our first consultation. The aftercare from his team was fantastic. My only regret is I didn’t do this years ago.

Jun 12,2021Had my surgery a few months back and it’s absolutely changed my life. Had gyno for many years and it’s been a real pain to deal with. However, took the decision to have the procedure and couldn’t have asked for more. After care was excellent and staff were really helpful. Surgery was also relatively painless, with really good support. After 4 weeks my chest actually looks like it should, with minimal scarring. Massive thanks to Hassan and the team at BeCosmetic.

Sep 01,2021First of all it’s been an absolute emotional rollercoaster the last 7 years for me and my family with me living with gynecomastia. I did a lot of research for surgery and I narrowed it down to Dr Nurein at be cosmetics, from my first video consultation to the day of the operation the team ( olga & Dr Nurein ) has kept in touch with all information about the operation also about the aftercare. On the day of the operation I was terrified, Kimberly ( receptionist ) instantly made me feel welcome, at ease and excited again, then i met the team Dr Nurein and the nurses Agnieszka and sylwia who also made me feel very welcome and at ease. The operation was actually not that bad, your chest area is very Numb from the anaesthetic and you can’t feel alot of pain, just a few sharp scratches now and again but as Agnieszka is such a warm bubbly character her signing and happiness soon takes your mind off the operation. 90 minutes and the operation was finished. I was wrapped up with a bandage and my garment and I was out the door l. It was such a quick operation it felt Surreal. The team has kept in touch every day since the operation and I’m now on day 6, I’m looking forward to seeing the end results, as of now I’m healing very well and I can see a massive difference in my chest and most importantly my confidence and happiness.
