Dr. Hassan Nurein is an experienced body sculpting surgeon specialising in Gynecomastia Surgery. He has been a practising Cosmetic Surgeon for over a decade and has honed his skills to a high degree of expertise after performing hundreds of procedures per year. He is one of the few doctors in the UK to specialise in the treatment of gynecomastia, also known as male breast reduction.
Dr. Nurein has trained in Vaser Hi Def and 4D Body Sculpting at the International Centre for Artistic Body Sculpting. His training in the NHS was with one of the best surgeons, Dr. R Kennedy, who is a Senior Consultant Surgeon that also won the NHS Best Hospital Doctor award in 2004.

Dec 19,2020From the free online video consultation to now fully healed,it has went so quick and has been the best decision I have ever made! It almost feels like it was too easy. After booking the surgery and with all the great reviews, I was still a little skeptical as to what I was getting my self in to. But all these reviews are absolutely true. The surgery it’s self really isn’t bad, all the staff are amazing, the recovery for me was painless with no swelling or bruising and the results look great! I traveled a few hours to get the surgery done by Dr Nurein and I’m glad I did. I would 100% recommend him. Worth every penny. I feel now I have started a new life with confidence and no anxiety or embarrassment.

Dec 19,2020Dr Nurien specialises in gynecomastia surgery. I think you would struggle to find someone in the UK who has performed the procedure more than him. The speed at which things moved once I had made my decision to go ahead was very impressive to me. Dr Nurien's London clinic is positioned alongside the most prestigious plastic surgery clinics in the UK, the staff here were friendly, accommodating and professional (especially the nurse Olga who helped make me comfortable during the procedure). I'm sitting here 1 week after the surgery and the results have exceeded my outcome expectations even though I haven't fully healed yet. If you're looking to have gynecomastia surgery in the UK, Dr Nurien's clinic should be your first option.

Dec 17,2020I was slightly nervous and a bit anxious. When I arrived but I was soon put at ease with dr.nurein team. They took care of me from the start. Dr.nurein did an excellent job. It was painless and they check on you through out the op explaining what they are doing. I would highly recommend dr.nurein clinic. If your thinking of having it done do it, best Christmas present I've given to myself. Wished I done it sooner.

Dec 17,2020I'm on day one from having the gland removal and vaser lipo and I must say I feel great! I expected much more pain but is minimal if at all, no pain relief yet but still early days. The whole experience went very quickly, not rushed but no messing around. The team were great, especially one of the theatre nurses that was so bubbly it really calmed my nerves. Dr Hassan Nurein was great and spoke to me throughout the procedure making sure I was comfortable, I really felt quite relaxed 5 or 10 minutes into the procedure and then it was over as quick as it started. I can't wait to see the results and as of now I can't fault Dr Nurein or his team and would highly recommend them to anyone. I waited too long to do this!! David

Dec 15,2020I've literally just got back from surgery writing this review and I couldn't be happier with how everything went from the video call to the surgery itself, first off the lady on the front desk was lovely, the nurse who took my blood pressure was lovely two, and the Dr assistant nurse what can I say full of energy and a great personality to match really was a great experience the Dr himself has magic hands honestly if your thinking about getting this surgery done he's the man for the job no need to look elsewhere, thanks again to all the staff at becosmetics from Mark.

Dec 10,2020Extremely happy with the results so far and I’m only on Day 6 of my recovery. I was doing all kinds of things to cover it up such as wearing dark/loose fitting T-shirt’s and hoodies, pinching the area and even as far as wearing plasters over my nipples to flatten them from showing through my tshirt. I’d had enough of doing this and feeling uncomfortable so decided I decided to enquire with Dr Nurein as I’d seen so many other good reviews and even YouTube videos from other patients. Luckily I was able to have a face to face consultation within 3 days of enquiring. A week later I was in for surgery, which went incredibly smoother than I thought it would, the pain was minimal and you can barley feel anything apart from a bit of numbness and tingling through the whole procedure. I can genuinely say it’s the best decision I have made and I could see the difference in my chest shape immediately after surgery. Dr Nurein was completely transparent with me throughout the consultation advising me of what to expect during and after surgery, I’d recommend him to anyone going through the same condition. A huge thank you to Dr Nurein and the nurses, they were so professional and make you feel at complete ease throughout the whole procedure, including Olga who has been incredibly helpful from start to finish and has been in frequent contact during the early stages of my recovery period.

Dec 03,2020I was unlucky to develop gynecomastia which I've been suffering with for 15 years. I made an appointment and was greeted by very lovely staff and after meeting dr nurein I knew i was in good hands. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but staff again made me feel better and even in surgery doctor nurien and all his doctors/nurses where amazing! Thank you. its been a only 6 days from surgery and im beginning to see results! Would highly recommend.

Nov 16,2020It’s been a week since I had my surgery and it’s looking amazing already. After seeing all the good reviews about Dr Nurein I finally went through with the surgery and boy am I glad I did. The surgery went so swiftly and a lot more comfortable than I expected it almost didn’t feel like I was in for a surgery. I was so nervous just before the surgery but the staff were nice and warm that by the time it got to the surgery I was very calm. The aftercare has been great as well. It’s been a week and I hardly feel any pain just general ache which don’t hurt at all. This has been my best decision so far, I can finally walk around topless without feeling a way. Thanks to Dr Nurein and his wonderful team.

Nov 15,2020I recently underwent bilateral gland excision via local anaesthetic at the Harley St. clinic. I have had several cosmetic procedures to date, correcting loose skin following massive weight loss, via several surgeons, so I feel experienced enough to offer a useful comparison. The whole experience was smooth; Dr Nurein was professional, courteous, and provided me with what I asked for (full gland removal). The surgery was quick, supported by a lovely team who were relaxed, friendly, and made the experience pleasant. Dr Nurein was conscientious and attentive, and regularly asked me how I was feeling and if I had pain or discomfort during the procedure. His demeanour and presence were very reassuring during the surgery. His front of house team were exceptionally helpful, friendly and incredibly personable I found, to both my partner and I, who travelled to London to be with me during the procedure. Following the surgery I have received daily contact, at first via his aftercare coordinator over the phone, and then thereafter via questionnaires that I complete daily to assess my progress. I have my follow-up appointment in a few days to speak to Dr I n person. In short, I can’t fault the quality of the service provided and I’m excited to see the final results in a few months.

Nov 11,2020Like most, I spent years deliberating this surgery and it feels surreal to have finally took the plunge. As soon as I stumbled across Dr Nurein’s website I knew I could trust him. The videos and posts on social media and YouTube shows how committed and transparent he is. My surgery was carried out one week ago and already the results are liberating! The staff are amazing, I cannot fault them one bit. I was made to feel extremely comfortable during the operation which I am extremely thankful for. Olga the nurse (sorry if this is wrong) is a true asset to the team - she was truly outstanding from start to finish.

Nov 05,2020I chose Dr Nurein as I saw so many good reviews and the results looked great. I had my Surgery this Morning and I must say it was more uncomfortable than I thought it was going to be! But overall a great experience thanks to the great, friendly and caring team! There is no pain at the moment, just slight acheness, Looking forward to seeing the results in a few weeks/months! Oct 15,2020I could not recommend Dr Nurein and his team enough. He's an expert and generally takes pride in his work. In my case, I've always been in good shape, and 4 to 5 years ago i was in the best shape of my life. Even with a good physique and at 12-15% body fat where i had a flat stomach and could see my abs, i still had the fat around my nipple. I just could not get rid of it. I had my procedure last August 19 - gland removal and lipo and even a final 'touch up' procedure today which went very well and was very quick. They are top class. they look after you and it's simply one of those cases where 'you get what you pay for'. Worth every penny. At least go for a consultation. You will not regret it. One of the best things i've ever done in my life.

Oct 12,2020I am in my late 40's and had gynaecomastia surgery and vaser lipo with Dr Nurein. Everything was explained to me clearly before and I received great after-care, with regular checks to make sure I was ok. After a few months at my final check up, there was still a little fat visible in my chest, so Dr Nurein offered a second procedure free of charge (without me asking). I've now had the second procedure and am really happy with the results.

I cannot recommend dr Nurein enough from the first consultation I knew he was the one that I wanted to do the operation with he was honest and straight to the point. But this doesn’t just end here the whole team made at ease from the start till now I cannot believe how nervous I was at the start but the whole team made me feel so much better I have forgotten the names of the nurses that also was there for me but I hope they know they are doing an amazing job as well as dr Nurein. As of now a year and few months after I have a big difference and feel so much more confident in my life unfortunately I had some scar tissue build but which dr Nurein pointed out to me as my last check up but he said he would remove this free of charge As he said “ he wants to best results for me” this just shows who he is as a person wanting the best for his patients and not just the money! So going to go back for the removal. I cannot recommend dr Nurein and his team enough amazing experience from the first time I contacted them till now. This surgery has changed my life

Sep 30,2020I had gyno surgery with Dr Nurin on 24/09/20. Gland removal and vaser lipo. From my initial consultation to having my procedure everything was very professional and I was made to feel at ease. It is currently 7 days after surgery and the results are amazing. I still have a fair bit of swelling in my arm pits (where the lipo was done from i think) and some slight discomfort around the chest... but even so, my chest looks amazing compared to what it was before. I had considered going abroad as it was cheaper however I'm so glad I chose to stay in the UK and pay a little extra to get the excellent service from Dr Nurin and his team. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering gyno surgery to get intouch with Dr Nurin at Be Cosmetic. It will be worth it!

Sep 28,2020Had gynocamastia gland removal on 23/09/2020. The service was class from start to finish what a wonderful team he has. This being my second procedure due to making a major mistake in choosing to go abroad for my first procedure. The (CLINIC CENTRE) AVOID AVOID AVOID in Turkey. Botched me up hence why I’ve paid twice. You pay cheap you pay TWICE. Removed my padding and dressing with the help of my partner and she was shocked at how impressive DR NUREINS work was. We could barley see the stitches if not at all and with minimal bruising. Baring in mind I had complete gland removal. In comparisons to my first procedure abroad DR NUREINS a world apart. So far I’m truly impressed with his work he’s most definitely an artistic surgeon he takes pride in his work, so long may he continue. I have no doubt in the months to come I’ll get the chest I’ve always wanted. Thank you dr nurein by you and your team for this excellent service.

Dec 20,2020Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Nurein and his team for my successful operation. I looked at various clinics when deciding to have surgery and found that Dr Nurein stood out in my opinion, I trusted my instincts and felt at ease with my decision. From day 1 contacting them, I have had constant contact, various emails, what’s app, video consultations and met the doctor in person to discuss the operation, I straight away felt he was totally confident in his ability and that made me feel at ease. The operation was slightly painful but bearable, his team was very nice, comforting and professional, extremely pleased so far with the results, the after care has been great, many questionnaires to fill in, what’s app communication, phone calls, it’s what you would expect to when you choose a private clinic. If anyone has gyno condition and looking to have the glands removed, I would certainly recommend Dr Nurein, I am only a week since my surgery and would like to update at a later date of how the recovery is going however so far it has been fine, first 48 hours very sore and swollen but since them gradually feeling positive progress.
