Jason Segal- remember that name, he is absolutely the most pleasant person to deal with. I received nothing but the best client service experience ever. In the industry where you need to deal with different kinds of business some that might not fit the lending criteria, and not always take ."No Aproval" gracefully you develop an elephant skin to others needs. Not Jason Segal, I didn't fit the criteria as an inovation R&D but he believed he can help me.He fought for my application until it got approved for over a week each day! He heard No Approval from different levels of management, and did not give up. Jason believes in providing human to human lending experience, and I feel confident that he and his other team members (that were also amazing at all times.) will continuously provide the same great experience to all applicants. Found the process which was supposed to be seemless and easy to be much more involved - too many repeated questions, amount pre-approved was watered down and the amount of info in many respects was worse than a banks' vetting. Hopefully now that we are approved we won't have to go through the process again and we can do business.
