Oct 30,2018We are an established company but have been looking for a simpler solution for loans rather then dealing with a larger institution. Thinking Capital intrigued me, however, something wasn’t sitting right with me from the very beginning with their loan terms and daily pay back agreements. Sometimes it takes us a day to get back to customers and clients due to site visits in the construction industry. When I couldn’t get back to Dave at T.C. Right away. He got aggressive and started calling, emailing and then texting rude comments. This isn’t an institution anyone should be going with if this is how they treat potential loaners. I give Thinking Capital a 1 star for their innovative company and a -3 star for customer service. They lost our business simply with a rude text.
