Jun 13,2016I WAS TOTALLY TAKEN BACK WITH HOW SAAD AND HIS TEAM FROM THINKING CAPITAL WERE SO PROFFESIONAL AND QUICK. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THIS SERVICE IN THE PROFEESIONAL AND QUICK MANNER FROM CONVENTIONAL BANKING. THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ALLOW MY BUSINESS AND MYSELF TO BREATH A LITTLE FROM THE STRESSES OF CASH FLOW. THANK YOU SAAD AND THINKING CAPITAL FOR BEING IN MY CORNER AND NOT MY POCKET.

Jun 12,2016Upon submitting my application, I received a call from one their reps saying that I have been approved and I need to quickly send in my void cheque, sigh the e-agreement and send in 3 months of bank statements. I was given the repayment terms, interest rate and I complied with all the requirements they presented. Gave my void cheque, signed the agreement only to get a call the next day with an update that the underwriters have declined my loan. I don't know of any company or bank who gets you to sign an agreement, provides with the terms of repayments, takes your void cheque and then says that you haven't been approved. Extremely disappointed!

Apr 26,2016Well, aside from high interest than Ondeck, the other concern that I have is that if i have money to pay for my loan with Thinking Capital i get penalized. Customer service who helped me with my loan were excellent, its just the policy that has to improve. I would rather go to the bank next time.
