Dec 08,2024Ordered on November 29th. Was informed 3-5 working days for delivery. I’ve been attempting to contact through email and fb messenger for tracking information. Silence. I finally located a way to track on the website after 5 working days. Order is still in fulfillment. I just would like some kind of reassurance this isn’t a scam.

Dec 05,2024I saw this robe online and thought how stylish and practical it looked. I took the plunge and ordered a navy one, size small. (I’m 5ft 4in and between 12/14). It arrived today and wow, I love it! The quality is superb and it fits a treat. I’ll be wearing the robe only as a warm, waterproof coat for dog walking etc. (If I’d been wearing as a changing robe, I would probably have needed to size up to a medium, to allow for movement). Pleased that I got a lovely free beanie with my order, which was a bonus! Customer Service is very friendly and efficient. My order was in stock, arrived quickly and was packaged with care. Overall, one very happy customer!

Nov 22,2024What made it great? Customer service is what. It’s become such a rare thing that it makes you want to weep when it happens. Over a matter that’s too dull to mention, I dealt with a person called Richmond. Richmond was quick, efficient, lovely with manners…and sorted everything out. 10/10

Nov 21,2024It was very easy to navigate the website and find the robe I wanted in the right size. My robe was delivered within 2 days of placing my order. I didn’t get my confirmation email but contacted the helpdesk who responded very quickly with reassurance. I bought my rover for dog walking and it is perfect, warm with plenty of pocket so I don’t need to take a bag with me. I would 100% recommend

Nov 13,2024I cannot recommend D-Robe enough! I ordered two sizes and they came the day after I ordered. The robes are a fantastic quality and so warm and waterproof, perfect for dog walking! I found the size guide they give perfect. The customer service when returning the one to go back was absolutely fantastic, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Nov 12,2024First purchase for me and the experience was very positive. The product is excellent; the design and detail is really well thought out and the quality of materials is refreshingly good. Sizing is extremely generous and I'd advise sizing down from what you think you'll need - the first robe I ordered had to be returned for a smaller (childs') size - which fits great for my little 5'1" frame. Customer service could not have been better - and immediate response, free returns, a quick replacement and plenty of follow-up emails. Can't wait to try out the new robe - I am almost looking forward to those wet winter dog walks now...almost!

Nov 05,2024Having read a fair few reviews on many different robes I decided that D-Robe was the way to go! Fantastic delivery as it arrived today, only having ordered it yesterday. Really impressed with the quality and fit, now looking forward to wearing it! The customer service was great, very fast and friendly responses on the online chat. Unfortunately I made the error of initially purchasing one via Amazon who completely let me down on delivery and service. (Should have been next day delivery and ended up cancelling the order after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive!) D-Robe came to the rescue, reassured me it was in stock and guaranteed fast delivery. Lesson learnt, buy direct! Cannot fault them so far and will definitely be recommending them! Well done D-Robe!

Oct 22,2024I researched a few waterproof coats and the reviews were so good for D-Robe I decided to buy one I ordered a size Small I am size 10/12 It arrived very quickly and well packaged It was too big so I returned it for a size XS This also arrived amazingly quickly The customer service I received was excellent The coat has already been well tested out in heavy rain I love it. So comfortable and looks fab. Great quality I only use for dog walking. If you need for wild swimming etc and need to change underneath it then the small size for 10/12 would allow more room to do this Highly recommend My dog walking friend has said she has “coat envy”😁

Having initially ordered the wrong size, it was quickly replaced with the help of their wonderful customer service department and I actually received it the very next day. The robe itself is everything they say it is and more! And the quality is outstanding. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Oct 14,2024I ordered this coat and was expecting great things however it arrived faulty, the Velcro tabs at the front weren’t aligned correctly so would stick together. I emailed with photographs and they apologised and sent me a returns label, I returned it nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I think this is shoddy considering it was sent faulty in the first place.

Oct 04,2024I ordered a small adult robe to begin with and found it too long for me and a little oversized. After reading some reviews I ordered a child’s size and it fit great . The return was easy and emails from the company were helpful and friendly. I’m really pleased with my new coat - it’s so warm and cosy 😊

Dec 11,2024Best coat I have brought warm and waterproof I have increased my walking time as the weather is not an issue anymore. My beanie has arrived this today so I can’t wait for my walk tomorrow.
