Dec 27,2023All the products I’ve had from D-Robe are phenomenal. My coat is so warm, versatile and comfortable and way more stylish than competitors! The Marino Will jumpers make a great addition to my work wardrobe as well as more formal gatherings. Customer service and support is quick to use and super helpful as well! A great brand all round.

Dec 07,2023Could not have been more helpful! I recently ordered a robe on pre-order which at first I thought was a bit of a faff but the coat looked so good I thought it was worth it. It was a little delayed with Black Friday but I figure that is normal as so we’re one or two of my Amazon packages! When it arrived it was perfect, good quality materials and so many pockets! The only issue is it was a little snug on the hips (I do like to indulge in a cake or biscuit after my walks!) I got in contact with customer service and they could not have been more helpful! I had a new robe sent to me the next day and it fits like a glove! Thank you D-Robe you have made one lady very very happy!

Dec 06,2023Ordered a robe for my Daughter on 22nd November which I have still not received , an email was sent enquiring about delivery and I also contacted customer services on the website and as of today 6th December still not had a reply. I should have ordered from Dry robe who have a fantastic customer service record , take note D robe !

Dec 04,2023I bought a D-Robe in grey Size S. I am Size 12 UK dress size 5 ft 3. I absolutely love how it looks, how warm and snug it is and how many pockets there are; I even carry my water bottle in it as they are so deep! I have just returned from a school residential in very cold weather, it kept me so warm and there’s so much room to layer up underneath. It’s also fully waterproof. My colleagues were asking lots of questions, think they were feeling envious! Thank you D-Robe , great service and great product.

Nov 23,2023There has been total silence in my order, despite several attempts my end to make contact. I placed order in 31st October and no status update to the order, which should have been shipped in the 10th. I had another order for shipment on the 20th. Again no update.

Nov 06,2023I absolutely love my D-Robe! Ordered to wear whilst walking the dog and on playground duty at school as I’m a teacher. The customer service team were great helping me pick the right size. 5,5 UK10 small fits great! Delivery was quick. So warm and so many pockets!! Will be recommending to friends!!

Oct 25,2023Quality product and excellent service I purchased a D robe Beaufort and unfortunately it was too small no issue with returns also got my 10% off even though it hadn't shown up on my 1st purchase. Both of my daughters are thinking of purchasing from them.

Sep 18,2023Well what can I say I enquired on line and spoke to matt about sizes as im on a film set and needs to go over my costume as I wear 4 layers and wanted a coat that would fit the customer service from start to finish was excellent and would highly recommend this company the coat is fantastic and the quality is brilliant

Sep 15,2023I love my D-Robe, it’s great no matter your adventure. It has sooooo many pockets, which I love, you can store everything you need and all the pockets are waterproof. Made with the best quality material and it looks so smart, I even wore it through the airport on the way to the dolomites. This will not fail to keep you warm in the coldest of environments, I take it everywhere and it’s the first thing I don after a wild swim in winter. It’s protected me from the elements and even the swarms of midges in the west coast of the Scottish highlands! From dog walks to winter swims and camping, you need a D-Robe in your life.

Sep 12,2023Struggling with contacting their customer service team. They were great when ordering, but now I need a refund they are impossible to reach, and not replying to emails. Such a shame, as the product is amazing (I sent one size back and ordered a different one as so impressed with the product), but my refund hasn't been processed, and no one will respond to any form of communication. Maybe pick another brand if you feel you will need their customer service team.

Aug 03,2023Really sorry to say that they don’t respond to emails or chat. No phone number. An invisible company. My d robe has a faulty zip- really irritating. The coat itself is great but with a faulty zip isn’t what you’d expect for nearly £200. They offered me a discount (just a working zip will do!) and now won’t even answer chat or email. Avoid and go for a different brand.

Jan 12,2023I have just received my D-robe and I am really pleased with it. Its is really warm and has loads of pockets too! I ordered a large originally which was too big (this was my fault as on the size chart I was top end of medium). I spoke to D-Robe who were great and arrange a returns label for me and once my return was received the replacement was here really quickly! Would definitely recommend this robe and the company as have been nothing but helpful. I'm looking forward to see what else D-Robe will be bringing out over the next year and would have again!
